Un lugar sobrevaluado, muchos detalles de falta de mantenimiento, el baño fatal, la terraza sucia y sin mantenimiento, el personal como si no existiera a la hora de resolver. Neta, es un hotel con especialidad en ignorar a los clientes y hacer que hagan corajes. Todos ignoren al cliente, es el lema del hotel!
Amazing property! The rooms, the design, the view, everything is great!
One of the reception staff (with short hair) was very nice but the rest was rather cold which felt a bit odd.
The pool is great, however pool staff allows guests to smoke (weed) in the pool which would put off some of the guests. A shame really but we had overall a great time.
Excellent room private rooftop with jacuzzi, very friendly staff close to the Laguna and city center. Loved it!
