Not wonderful
Pros:

A pricey place for its location out of central town. Large room and helpful staff, but no desk to sit at and I hate plastic undersheets.

Pros:

Friendliness . Check in was simple and exceptionally accommodating with a charger for my phone. Very easy to check out. Used genius benefits with booking.com. Very well priced. Safe and clean.

Cons:

Smelled very strong like smoke at check. Might set up a spot for smokers slightly away from the rooms to accommodate those folks. The door was unlocked when we first got to the room.

Great stay comfortable and clean
Pros:

They accommodated us with a first floor room because we brought our fur baby, the room was very comfortable and clean. And the front desk staff were very friendly.

Cons:

At first I didn’t like that it was on the main highway coming into town but we heard nothing and slept soundly.

Pros:

Room was completely comfortable. The decor was very modern. The coffee / refrigerator etc area was great.
Plenty of towels.
Staff was helpful.

Cons:

Was told the rooms had a mountain view. The room we were in had zero view.
The blind on the window did not work. Wouldn't roll up unless pushed.
Had a guest put across from us in a small hallway. Open and shut doors into the night.
50$ fee tacked onto Bill in case of extra cleaning fee. ( Maybe it was written somewhere in paperwork. I didn't see it)
50 was refunded.
I think this should be emphasized at the first.

Would recommend! Nice rooms!
Pros:

Looked nice, felt safe, staff was friendly, was clean. Would recommend!

Cons:

Not much I didn’t like. The pillows could have been a little more comfy, and the location is on a busy street with a lot of crazy drivers, but that isn’t their fault. Overall, no really serious drawbacks.

Clean n quiet

Cons:

I stepped out of my room for a second my keys phone dog n all my belongings were inside the room n I was locked out my pass code would not open the room. It was the middle of the night cold I had no jacket n had to walk atleast a quarter of a mile to find a phone to call getting through the phone system was not good finally got a answer n a code to get in walked back n was able to get in 2 hrs after I am not a happy customer 🤬

Pros:

I came into Taos , to take a Mental Health training . I live 3 hours away from Taos. I need a safe, clean and affordable place. I got that , phew. I made a great choice . Thanks
