Confortable y cercano al aeropuerto
Pros:

Cons:

Three people were sharing the room. We were told on checkin that we could use 3 separate cards to pay for it in the morning. In the morning we were told we couldn't do that.

Don't believe them about airport shuttle!
Pros:

The room was well appointed. Breakfast only OK.

Cons:

The airport shuttle was NOT dependable. We waited over an hour for a pickup. When it came it did NOT even slow down for passengers to the hotel. In the morning, the shuttle to the airport was late. The taxi we had to take cost $30. For that price extra, we could have stayed in another hotel. Misrepresentation!

Excellent and comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was delicious and a pretty good variety. Location is excellent, near the airport, Rosemont Theater and Allstate Arena and good places to eat around.

Cons:

There's no safe box in the room.

Good enough for a night if you need to be in the area or close to the airport.
Pros:

Location close to airport, shuttle, gym, coffee machine

Cons:

Mushy bed, bleach and strong smell of cleaning products was very strong in the entry and breakfast section. I had to bring my breakfast up to the room.

Love the upgrade throughout the hotel, beautiful artworks
Pros:

The place is updated throughout, clean, quiet. Hot breakfast is served. Staff is courteous. I especially love the artworks in the bedroom and even … the bathroom.

Cons:

Parking of $20. Also, scrambled egg is served up to certain time/quantity, then the server told us no more.

Cons:

The phone in the room doesn't work; when I tried calling the front desk from my own mobile phone, no one answered, so I had to keep running down to the reception area.
