Good overnight stay
Pros:

Close to the airport. Shuttle bus was useful for going to the airport and the driver was great guiding us to where we needed to go to pick up our hire car.

Cons:

Could have had clearer instructions on how to get the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel- we ended up getting a taxi.

Pros:

Room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was quite decent. Close to the airport but we didnt have noise.

Cons:

The shuttle from the airport was very slow coming and filled up so quick. We thought we were going to have to wait another 30 minutes (many of our fellow travellers did). The hotel itself was nice enough but I would recommend picking a hotel with better shuttle service if you are coming from the airport at the end of the day.

Pros:

Such thievery. Charge $20 for PARKING??? You ought to be ashamed of yourself. I'm already paying nearly $200 for the room. Maybe NOT CHEATING PEOPLE out of parking fees would be more transparent.
I'm absolutely going to publish my experience with your thieves in my monthly veterans newsletter. What about the additional $50 check in fee? TRUST ME. I'm going to do my very best to ensure that no other disabled veterans EVER cross your doorways again.

Not being theives. Not charging for parking when I'm already being overcharged for the room.
You all are shameful. One can only hope that there's a special place in Hell for people like you who will charge and charge and charge when the victim has no option but to pay.
