Pros:

The location is excellent, staff is so kind, friendly, helpful. Samira welcomed us during check-in and she was so kind to give us all tips and information needed. Breakfast was perfect, as well as the staff who was working there. Honestly, highly recommend.

Cons:

Bathroom had a bit of strage setting and transparent door which was very hard to open.

Great location for parking lot, bus, train, gondola. Yummy breakfast!
Pros:

Great breakfast with lots of choices and delicious coffee. Heard dinner was good but restaurant closed the day we were there. Bus stop to train and gondola stations very close to hotel. Walkable to public parking lot. Note: hotel has limited parking across the street AND it was available however I wasn't comfortable with "tight" parking with rental car. Room was clean, functional, decent size. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Didn't get to use the spa due to time constraints.

Cons:

Two building with separate access doors/elevators. Ours on the back half of the property could be accessed from the street without a key and without going through reception area so felt less secure. That being said, it is a safe town on a safe street in safe Switzerland.

Die Reception Mitarbeiterin hat sich bemüht, eine kulante Lösung zu finden. Leider hat das Management keine kulante Lösung anbieten wollen.

Cons:

Wegen nicht beeinflussbarer Bedingungen musste der Besuch abgesagt werden. Leider wollte das Management des Hotels keine kulante Lösung finden und meine Firma musste den gesamten Betrag ohne jede Gegenleistung bezahlen.

Das Frühstück war gut - die Auswahl vom kalten Fleisch ist ausbaubar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Lage vom Zimmer, direkt über der Dorfstrasse war uns zu laut.

It was excellent.
Pros:

Excellent location. The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I really enjoyed my view out the third story towards the mountains. Building across road left lights on in one room all night, but that’s not fault of Hirschen.
