비지니스로 이용하기 좋았으나 다이닝이나 바 등 호텔 시설이 없는 것이 아쉬움

가격에 적당한 숙소임

1 block away from the subway station.
Good restaurants around.
The room is as depicted.
The 2 issues were :
1) the bathroom that even they has all the appearance of a western-strike bathroom still water POURS outside the tub and POOLS on the floor.
2) the elevators are super slow. Like more than 5min even that they have 4 elevators

평일 할인도 많아서 가격대비 좋은 시설 이용할 수 있었네요

Here are Pros and Cons of our stay.

Pros - spacious room for 4.
- full kitchen with large fridge and freezer but did not furnish any plates or utensils.
- staff were friendly and accommodating.
- very convenient to local shops and restaurants.

Cons - no daily room cleaning unless you stay 3 nights.
- bath towels were too small but they do change them daily.
- out outside terrace area were not well kept therefore we didn’t spend any time sitting outside.

출장으로 이용하였습니다. 잘 이용하였습니다.
매년 2~3번정도 출장 가는데 또 이용하도록 하겠습니다

벡스코에서 열리는 행사를 위한 출장으로는 최고의 숙박시설이라고 말하고 싶네요. 편안한 주차, 주변 인프라, 청결함 뭐하나 빠지는게 없습니다.

넓고 상대적으로 깨끗했지만
식사가 없고 룸 내에 휴지나 치솔 등 너무 기본적 용품들이 없었네요 아쉽~

I did a Good trip !

욕실 청소가 전혀 안되어 있었음 머리카락과 세면대에 불순물이 그래도 있고 전체적 청결상태는 놀라울 정도로 더러웠음 그래도 최악으로 하지 않은 평가이유 주차에 대한 시간적 여유를 배려 받았기 때문

The rooms are quite big. Divided into 4 areas.. 1st the sleeping area with Double / Twin bed. Small working table with a chair. Ample number of power points and a LAN point. There is a wifi router wirh 100 mbps free internet connection. 2nd area is the sitting area with a coffee table, a double seating sofa. There is a 43inch 4K TV with LG Hellovision Set top box. Thankfully there are over 6 channels with English Movies. OCN and The Movie. A small closet for the clothes. 3rd Area is the kitchenette equipped with a Microwave Oven, Fridge, Electric Tea Kettle, 2 induction tops with electric chimney. . There were basic utensils also. A small table with two chairs. The 4th Area was the entrance and the bathroom. In the bathroom there was no health faucet so have to manage with a water bottle or the tissues. Nice shower area wirh shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. If you stay for over 4 nights then one day they will clean your room and make the beds. If you want the room to be specially cleaned then you have to pay KRW20K. Toiletries are not included and you have to pay KRW4. 4K for that. Every day they will hang two hand towels and two 500ml water bottles on the door handle. Overall very happy with the room.

We stayed in Centrum Victoria for one week while participating in an international congress in Bexpo. We booked via AirB&B for a party of 3 and were very satisfied with the 10th floor suite we stayed in. We had a direct view across the street at the Bexpo and from the bedrooms - at the center city. Our suite consisted of a large studio area with a kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, dishwasher,dining area, TV area and sofa. There were two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a washer and dryer room. Perfect for a week!
The hotel was clean and nicely standard. A pleasant cafe on the first floor and two convenience stores with all the essentials.
Our parking was included - always a little tight in its layout as most of them in Korea. The location is literally perfect putting visitors in the heart of Busan centrum, close to the famous department stores, museums, and right across from the complex of Bexpo.
The bedding was ok. The room service on a couple of occasions forgot to supply us with towels and water. Towels were of a small size only, but toiletries were full size.
Overall we were very happy with the choice of accommodations and especially the location. Our suite was overall beautiful and perfect for the occasion.

과거 종종 이용했던 호텔을 오랜만에 이용하였습니다.
여전히 넓고, 주차 편하고, 위치 좋고, 1층 상가 이용하기 좋은 호텔입니다.
하지만 과거에 비해 확실히 건물이 노후되어가고 있음이 느껴집니다.

벡스코 근처가 목적지라면 또 이용할 의사가 있습니다.

Great location but facilities are not the best

단점 위주로 적겠습니다. 한 건물을 센텀호텔과 센텀빅토리아호텔 두 법인이 운영하다보니 카카오맵 기준으로 센텀빅토리아호텔로는 검색이 되지 않았습니다. 고민하다가 일단 주차를 하고 로비에 직접 올라가 보고서야 동일한 건물을 두 호텔이 쉐어 한다는걸 알았습니다. 주차장은 넓었고 편하게 주차할수 있었습니다. 침실에 티슈와 휴지통이 없습니다. 주방 씽크대 하수구에 이전 투숙객의 음식물이 그대로 담겨있어서 초파리가 있었습니다. 입구쪽에 있는 침실은 모든 불을 껏음에도 희미하게 남아있어서 잠을 자는데 방해가 되었습니다. 아마도 LED 다운라이트와 맞지 않는 안정기가 연결되어있는듯 합니다. 그외에는 침구는 매우 깨끗하고 에어컨은 거실크기에 비해 두대나 설치되어있어서 아주 시원한 여름 휴가를 보낼수 있었습니다. 별4개는 충분해 보입니다.

The refrigerator is noisy.

숙소는 넓습니다. 제가 묵은 방만 그런 구조인지 모르겠는데, 침대공간 옆에 병렬로 소파와 티비가 있어서 침대에 누워서 티비를 보려면 사선으로 봐야하는 점이 조금 불편했습니다. 카펫에 얼룩이 좀 있고 샤워기 배치도 몬가... 몬가... 싶긴 한데, 그렇게 나쁘진 않았습니다. 카펫 제외하면 전반적인 청결 상태는 매우 양호합니다.

그리고 드라이기가 쪼끄만한 게 아니라 큼직한 쓸만한 것이 있습니다. 저는 개인 드라이기를 가져가서 쓰지는 않았지만 괜찮은 드라이기가 욕실에 비치되어있어서 단순히 머리를 말리는 목적이 아닌 스타일링하기에도 좋아보입니다.

벡스코 옆이라 출장 목적으로 방문이 잦을 것 같은데, 출장 목적으로는 매우 좋아보입니다.

아, 엘리베이터가... 붐비는 시간대에는 대기시간이 정말 길어요. 16층에 묵었는데, 하루는 엘리베이터 기다리고 1층 내려가기까지 8분정도 걸린 것 같습니다.

왜인지 카운터에 사람이 항상 없어서 좀 불편했습니다.
문 열자마자 금연실인데 왜 담배냄새가 나는지.. 흡연자 처벌도 하고 최소한 금연실이라고 판매하지 말아야하지 않을까요. 위치는 매우좋았고 어메니티는 기본적으로 잘 갖춰져있지만 변기수압이 너무약하고 샤워하면 배수가 제대로 돼있지않아 사방이 물난리.
