The location
No food options, staff was so unresponsive, mattresses were uncomfortable, no comforter/blanket was provided, we felt cold, so many lizards in the room.

Proximité avec la plage et transat gratuits. Emplacement pas top car rien aux alentours mais idéal si vous recherchez du calme.
Manque de variété au petit déjeuner. Piscine eau de mer visqueuse, personne n’allait dedans. Personnel qui n’a pas très envie de travailler, ne reste pas au bar il faut chercher après eux. Pas assez de transat sur la plage. Rideaux transparents dans les chambres, réveil à 6h du matin….

We chose this hotel because I read that there are many good reviews but when we were there everything was opposite what we expected.
In the room was very humid and the floor was so wet as it was raining. My partner allergic to the strong smell of washing liquid/perfume that they spray on the pillow and sheet. We asked the staff if we can change pillow without any strong spray on it but staff didn’t pay attention and we didn’t get a new pillow so we have to use our clothes to cover pillow.
Breakfast was decent but less options on the a la cart menu.
We also tried to book 90 mins massage in advance but lady staff told us that they only can do 60 mins massage because they were tried which very shocked us as we’ve been travelling a lot but never got service like this.
Not to mentioned, even it was raining people still burned plastic in front of the hotel. It is very difficult to breathe that stuff to our lunge.

Locatie top, ligbedden aan zee. Voor de deur heerlijk snorkelen ( wel ff stukje zwemmen) Ligbedjes op het strand. Eenvoudig maar prima ontbijt.
C'est un hôtel qui se présente comme un 4 étoiles, mais qui est plutôt un 2 étoiles. On y allait pour la piscine et la plage. Il y a la plage, mais la piscine n'est pas fonctionnelle. On était à cet hôtel pendant 9 jours, et on n'a jamais pu se baigner dans la piscine. Le propriétaire veut faire son écolo avec sa piscine d'eau salée. Mais la filtration est déficiente. Sinon, les chambre sont justes ok. Ne chercher pas le savon et le shampoing, on le donne au compte-goutte. Comme pour l'eau: il faut se ravitailler. L'hôtel pourrait être très bien, mais le propriétaire, qui est un Australien, cherche à faire un peu de sous avec vous, sans se préoccuper de vous. Dernier point, le petit dej est bien, mais le menu est court.
La piscine non fonctionnelle et l'aménagement du terrain manque vraiment d'entretien. Autour de la piscine, il n'y a pas de transats, on n'a pas envie de s'y baigner.

The location is really good, high tide swim out the front. The omelette or pancakes are delicious.
That the rooms didn't get serviced and there needs some maintenance and attention to the garden and pool. There is plenty of staff there

Kein 4-Sterne-Hotel! Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, aber wegen der Bäume war davon nichts zu sehen. Beim Frühstück konnte man nur zwischen Pancake oder Omelett wählen. Der bestellte Kaffee für zwei Personen reichte kaum für zwei Tassen. Als wir nach etwas mehr Kaffee und Pancakes fragten, kam die böse Überraschung beim Check-out – alles wurde extra berechnet.
Heerlijk aan het strand, ruime kamer en ruime buiten badkamer. Dat blijft toch bijzonder. Vanuit deze plek geweldig kunnen snorkelen. Prachtige onderwaterwereld en de schildpadden gespot. Heerlijke plek om bij te komen vd hectiek vd stad.
All pillows were in mold even did I requested to have clean pillows without mold when booking due to my allergy. Well it didn’t end to that. I had to ask for free cancellation trough booking.com, so it wasn’t that simple even our room was unhealthy. Finally Owner accepted my request but afterwards he saw the reason I wrote he send some fiery message which i found very unnecessary.
So I don’t recommend. Customers health is secondary when it comes to booking.com, you don’t have any rights. In this place, Check under your pillow cases, you might surprise
