Worst Scam in Kodaikanal

Nothing.

Cons:

We booked specifically for two nights including breakfast.
There were no facilities, no breakfast. Not even a bath kit until we asked continuously by the day we were going to check out. Have to go and buy from outside since there is no food available in the hotel even though they said they do. No room service. No remote. There were stains on the mattress. No one at the reception picks the call and we have to go there every time we need something which they don't have obviously.

We booked two rooms one room doesn’t have the kettle tv remote. Water heater takes 20-30 mints for each shower use. Price is extremely high for this room. Room is worth only 2k but they charged close to 5k per night, which is high compared to surrounding areas..

For the price, room was good..
Large enough, very clean toilet with geyser inside for hot water any time. (some hotels say hot water available and its from a common tap, which never has hot water.)
Staff gave additional blanket when asked, because it was that cold in night..
Breakfast was good, but didn't had much options, nor provided coffee (only tea was available)

Cons:

Bedsheets, blanket and towel provided were not white (might be washed, but not enough for to use as it is).
