Enjoyed our stay the experience of being it Thailand was amazing BUT THE FOOD!!!! 😣😩 improve the food please
Pros:

It follows its name . It’s indeed Serene! It’s clean as well.

Cons:

The restaurant food was blend and only pink salt provided. My omelet came with onion and pepper it’s just done differently and it wasn’t pleasant at all. Smoothies (pineapple) didn’t taste like pineapple.food in general I would rate the lowest

Pros:

Room with sea view ... room service is fast .. breakfast is good.. closed to rawai beach the shortest way to to banana ⛱️ in choral island.
There is pharmacy and supermarket close to us

Cons:

The warm water is working for short time then need time to be worm again .. one of the staff was rude with us broke the handle of the suitcase without telling us and ask the child to help her to carry the luggage.. next day the reception contact me and fix the bag.. other staff being kind and friendly.

Dorms are Budget-friendly and clean, but tight dorms and towel deposits feel restrictive.
Pros:

The dorm was clean with no issues, and it's perfectly suited for a quick, budget-friendly stay. I was fortunate to have only two guests in a six-bed room, which gave extra space.

Cons:

Dorms are compact and require packing light. You're allocated one towel upon arrival and must leave a deposit for it. I found it odd that towel provision isn't simply included with the room, especially since I'd expected unlimited towels as standard.

Great community vibes and events, but garden rooms are quite small and best for one person.
Pros:

The community vibe here is genuinely special. Upon arrival, the porter helpfully carried my bags all the way to my garden room, and I was promptly added to a WhatsApp group packed with weekly events. I made some wonderful friends during my stay. The garden rooms are compact smaller than I'd anticipated but their proximity to the pool and breakfast area is a real plus. Breakfast was solid, the events programme was excellent, and I appreciated the thoughtful cleaning schedule. A lovely, welcoming place with genuine character.

Cons:

One drawback is that the garden rooms are quite small and really designed for one person sharing the space would feel cramped.
