Pros:

The location was amazing, the pools and beach were well maintained. The only thing I could say as negative is the rooms were quiete small and the beds could be more comfortable. The rest was excellent

Pros:

The place and the beach are beautiful. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. The bathroom smells of sewage, the electrical system does not seem to have been repaired. Some of the switches and sockets are hanging out of the wall. New towels are provided, but garbage is removed in a makeshift manner. There is garbage all over the place, which is just plain visible. No attention seems to be paid to regular cleanliness. The service staff are young people who try hard but have no training or feel for good service. They try hard but are completely overwhelmed. I guess there is a shortage of skilled workers.
Overall, it is a nice hotel by the sea, but far too expensive for the price paid for the service received.

Die Location ist in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Traumhafter Strand und und in der Anlage steckt sehr viel Liebe.
Leider leider das Hotel unter starkem Personalmangel. Es sind sehr junge Leute eingestellt, die nicht mal einen Tee ordentlich servieren können- ganz zu schweigen von einer Flasche Wein.
Das Saubermachen der Zimmer besteht aus frischen Handtüchern und Betten machen. Geputzt wird vor Einzug nur spärlich und kleine Reparaturen (z.B. lockere Steckdose) werden selbst auf Aufforderung nicht erledigt, weil schlichtweg das Personal nicht vorhanden ist.
Ist ist so traurig zu sehen, wie dieses kleine Paradies einfach herunterkommt.
