Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff specifically Mr Pankaj Tripathi, Jumika and Prema at the reception and John and Ramesh at the restaurant extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect and easily accessible. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended. Will definitely visit again!

I went with my family and stayed in this hotel from 19th-24th Nov and overall it decent stay.Property is new and very clean and very close to meena bazaar.However very dissapointed with the breakfast menu,very limited options and not upto the mark

A Great hotel for business as well as family and couple visit staff is helpful and will make sure to feel you welcome. Because hotel is in meena bazar everything you need is just near by. You can enjoy this centrally located hotel.

Nice room, nearby to all places it was accessible to metro station and they provide good rooms with good view. Service was nice all staff was accommodating specially at reception Mr. Pankaj tripathi and team Ms. Jamaica Ms. Judy they are all nice. Good service 👍

Mr. Pankaj of the front office and his team are your gateway to a 5 star service.
It is a compact hotel in a funky busy safe hood right next to a big bus station, a metro station, a mall, a historic village and a creek.

We stayed there for 4 days with my wife and 2 kids and we got worst experiences:
- We arrived at 10.45 PM and we had to wait more than 40 minutes to get the room key; we merely lost our patience.
- They gave the key and went to the room; they gave us the wrong room - a double room instead of a triple room.
- Then waited again another 10 minutes to get the proper triple room.
- The room is not spacious and not comfortable.
- Room cleanliness was okay; but the toilet was not cleaned and we had to request again to do it.
- AC was not working properly.
- Lifts are so busy. When it comes, the service boy with his items wanted to go ahead of us; thus, we couldn't enter. No priority for customers. Long waiting for the lift at many times.
- Lot of crowd in the reception and lift area always, smelling the alcohol; it feels like we are in a market, not in a hotel.
- Insufficient free drinking water provided.
- Our last night stay was an extension of the previous 3 days stay, in which breakfast was included. But, on the last day, they denied the breakfast informing us that it was not included! When I do the extension they have not informed us about this change. When I I asked about this in the reception, they behaved rudely!
- Most of the receptionists show such rude behaviour. Not at all customer-friendly!
- This hotel is suitable for groups from a particular country (or similar countries); I can see majority of those who stay there from a single country, and they are in groups.
