Clarks Inn Express Udaipur

Not safe for families.
Around 3:30 AM, something in the room started beeping continuously. I woke up frightened and called the service desk for help. The staff member came and temporarily covered the device with paper and cello tape until the sound stopped, but the issue continued through the night.

I also requested drinking water, which was not provided even after one hour and multiple follow-ups. The service desk staff was arrogant and unhelpful throughout the interaction.

Overall, the experience was very disappointing and uncomfortable.

The staff was good especially Mr.Jitendra Singh Ji. They also helped us with our itinerary and the overall experience was good.

The rooms need a better upkeep. The mattress was very hard and sagging on one side. Toilet seat cover broken and loose. AC tripped too frequently and had to ring uo Front office to restart. House keeping staff polite but need better training. Front office and GM very polite and helpful, a pleasure to interact with. The Resturant not meant for old people. It seems the takeover is new and Clarks quality missing

Good service, Nicely cleaned, Support to customer. Tv had small problem, given upgraded room without any hesitation. On the way to gujarat state.
Staff members cooperative. Location is just 3 km from bus station and railway station. Enjoined the trip.

The experience in price paid was good staff is very good humble co operative and quick breakfast was not consistentaly good but can manage in this much amount paid. There is no windows in the rooms so it might be suffocating for those who wants fresh air in the morning

Rooms were very very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Only problem as usual is the coordination during the reservation about the kind of beds... but we managed on site.
