We’ve stayed there before but were very disappointed this time it seem

Cost was affordable and close to freeway

Cons:

We had no towels tv didn’t work they said they would bring some towels when they were done washing but never did. Also we had someone try to walk into our too. Saying they thought the room was empty

It’s always good and we plan on staying here again!
Pros:

We’ve stayed here before and it’s always been pleasant, clean and we’ve never had any issues with the location either.

Cons:

Our downstairs neighbor complained about our son for being too loud. He has autism and we did feel at a loss because he doesn’t quite understand that he could be walking too hard, too fast or talking too loud.

We will just ask for a downstairs room next time and hopefully not feel like we are interrupting someone else’s stay, but also not feeling like we can’t stay there either.

Killed 14 roaches in the first hour of checking in. Front desk would do nothing to help out, refund, etc. I’ve stayed here before with no problems. But this was the most horrible stay ever…. I showed them videos and pictures. Didn’t know I could post them here and have already deleted them unfortunately!
