You get what you paid for. If your looking for a clean, comfortable room only.
Pros:

Once you shut the door everything was fine with the room, it was clean, comfortable, Wi-Fi was good, TV was good A/C worked great. For what you pay the room was good.

Cons:

Everything outside of the room, from the “lobby” to the parking lot, to the ice machine, to the exterior of the property was run down and not very clean. Neighboring room decided to have a beer party outside their room and against our window listening to their Mariachi music in 100 degree plus weather, they did wrap up around 10pm, thank god our room and A/C kept the noise to a minimum.

The beds were rocking hard. There 8s a family with about 3 to 4 kids living there and we were here to work so had kids running all over all night. The tub plug was broke. And under the bed looked like a puddle of old blood or puke.

It was decent, not super bad but not great.
Pros:

The rooms weren’t terrible. Beds were fairly comfortable, rooms had decent amenities, not bad pricing for each room. There was a McDonald’s, OnCue Gas Station, WhatABurger, Jimmy’s Egg, and Braum’s right next to the hotel.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t work for two of the three days there. There were stains on almost every towel, bed, sheet, and pillow. One of the rooms had a TV remote that sometimes didn’t work. The location was kind of sketchy, but not super bad.
