Great location, friendly staff and a very comfortable room.
The location is great! Right in town and I thought it was going to be noisy especially when I was given the low floors room but the room was surprisingly quiet and very comfortable. The staff is lovely and very accommodating.
If I really have to be really picky. The TV is a bit on the older side and can be unresponsive at times.
Location, cleanliness
No in room coffee making ability. Lobby facilities not available after 10 pm. Room had hardly any natural lighting and was rather claustrophobic.
The room and facilities were really modern and nicely decorated. The reception area with free coffee and lollies for our favourite touch. Staff we dealt with were lovely and the room was really well sized and clean.
Location and clean
Extremely noisy. Did not get any sleep due to noise outside. Sounded like bubblewrap being popped all night
This is our go to for Conferences etc in Wellington. It's central location makes this easy.
Very comfortable accommodation, clean and well presented, within close proximity to bars & cafes.

The lack of natural light in the room was a big downfall. This made it feel a bit like a den.
The TV in the room was very laggy (took between 30-60 seconds to register any push of the button) and the remote had problems which made it very hard to watch something when winding down at the end of the night.

This is a great value hotel perfectly located for the Courtenay Place end of town
Beautiful place, in the heart of Wellington. Tidy and spacious.
The unit was spacious, clean and well furnished. The location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
I honestly cannot think of anything.
