Great location, good value for money

Great location. Rooms are a bit quirky.

The shower just wouldn't heat up! A tepid shower on a cold Wellington day was not ideal

Pros:

Facilities were great, location was excellent, free nespresso coffee, juice and fruit available in the morning, because we had a 5 night stay greatfull we had an easy ro use washing machine and dryer in our spacious bathroom.

Cons:

Not a lot of natural light in our room on the ground floor but had cleaver lighting to improvise, so not a complaint.

Mini bar was wedged into the cupboard & we couldn't open the drawers. Nowhere to put our suitcases.

Pros:

The customer service people were friendly, polite and very helpful.
The bathroom was lovely, it was very clean and new. The carpet feels good under your feet and the heated towel rails were turned on making our towels nice and warm ready to use. The shower was substantial with the rainfall/hand held combo shower head.
Overall, the apartment was very comfortable, well equiped and close to restaurants and shops.
We would choose TRYP next time we visit.

Cons:

Although the apartment was great, the photos show it as a much larger apartment than the actual size.
There was nowhere to leave our suitcases open so we had them on the floor.
