The location was great. The shower and bathroom was lovely and the big king sized bed was great for me and my very tall partner

Great tyme at the tryp!

Everything was great. They let me check in an hour early, and gave me an upgrade.

My only grump was it was a bit of a struggle to get the remote to talk to the TV 😉

Lovely hotel, newly refurbished, very comfortable & in a great location

Great location, friendly staff, lovely facilities

Cons:

No natural light in our rooms. Would not suit a business person wanting to work from the hotel for any length of time. The window looked into another room so we couldn't pull open the curtain.

Pros:

We had the 2 bedroom apartment and found it nice and roomy with good appliances. Staff looked after us well. It was nice and quiet and very comfortable, especially the beds. Very central location for attending the St James Theatre and Te Papa Museum.

Location is perfect for access to Te Papa, Circa Theatre and waterfront restaurants, the convention centre, Library, Town Hall etc etc. right near Courtenay Place but room was very quiet.
