The rooms were exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and very well equipped. Our room also had a washer and dryer, which was extremely convenient and very much appreciated.
I really liked the coffee station and the complimentary juices and sweets—it made the stay feel extra special.
The staff were outstanding, especially Brendan, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the stay.
Nothing—everything exceeded expectations
The washing machine and dryer were such a bonus! Very close to food shops and Te Papa. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and quiet.
What really was amazing was how QUIET the rooms were. They have these special super heavy duty sealed windows, and it's lusciously quiet. So important as I come for work and need that rest time.

Pre-checkin made it really easy to get the key upon arrival. The lounge was great, enjoyed the varieties of loose leaf teas to choose from and the pretty tea pots :) Room was quiet, substantive, and very clean.
Absolut perfekter Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist optimal, um alles fußläufig zu erreichen, sicheres Parkhaus 100 Meter entfernt, superschönes großes sauberes Zimmer mit Aussicht. Sehr nettes hilfreiches personal. Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
We asked for a quiet room and were initially placed in a room at the back of the hotel facing a brick wall that was a bit claustrophobic. They kindly changed us the next day to a front room which was quiet anyway. Nice room facilities. Comfortable bed.
