Asked for clean towels and wash rags they didn’t have any clean they were behind on laundry

This hotel is in the hood. People hanging out all night doors not closed left open no security. Trap spot

Good location, updated, staff was friendly

Cons:

Bedside tables/headboard lights not functioning at all! One side the switches did not even existed, jut a whole. Tub was dirty with visible step on dirt marks and soap scum with hair (I should have taken a picture …). The shower drain was very slow accumulating a lot of water. Please check your cleaning staff post room cleaning to see what kinda job they do!! Do you guys don’t have a supervisor?
Also there was no shower towel at all so you step out to a bare floor !!
The outside door lock at the back end of the building was busted and did not even close, no safety whatsoever!!! Anyone can come in which I’m sure you are aware.
Last the lock safe mechanism at the room door it was frozen and didn’t move at all so I couldn’t use it and only rely on the door lock.

Pros:

Stort rum med bra kök. Bra badrum. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Allt kändes lite soligt, som en fet hinna på spegel, tv mm. Lite instängt eftersom fönster i te gick att öppna. Var säkert skilnad gör dom rum som hade balkong, så man kan öppna ut.

Cons:

I went to my room it was perfect, I went to eat out with friends and cam back a man was in my room. I ask him how he got there he said he was waiting for a friend. I went to the lobby the receptionist acted careless. I got my money back and left I felt unsafe. And other people was walking around the lobby it was late. I willl never stay there this was scary.

Not bad with this price in this season.
Pros:

The location was great. The office staff were great.

Cons:

Less than my expectations. Staff were fine. the bed was clean but the room details were not clean. Freshness in room was very poor.
