The best hotel in St. Thomas. It was our second time, and we will choose this hotel every time we visit St.Thomas
We’ve stayed here before and absolutely loved the property, the common area is absolutely gorgeous and we could have spent our whole trip in the hotel alone.
This time we stayed in room 22 which had large piping visible from outside the room, but also directly located behind the beds headboard. On our final night unfortunately there was a loud pump coming from here that went all night from 12-7am. At around 330am We tried using the available late night number (text and called) as we were struggling to sleep and received no response until 9am. We love the location and the staff here but were frustrated that we weren’t able to sleep comfortably.

Location is very good, central to Charlotte Amalie. Hotel staff was extremely attentive. Room was very nice.
Many times we didn't have hot water in the shower.

Some item for purchase are extremely over priced. Hand cream that's 1fl oz or 30ml for $25 is insane.

1/ l'hotel est situé au sommet d'une colline tellement pentue que le taxi ne dépose pas à l'entrée de l'hotel mais en bas de la colline
2/ notre chambre puait la peinture en arrivant, c'en était toxique
3/ malgré la promesse de nous commander un taxi et nous aider avec les bagages le lendemain matin, la réception était fermée quand on s'est réveillé, il n'y avait pas de taxi et personne pour nous aider avec les valises (l'hotel a beaucoup d'escaliers)
Bref ca a été un cauchemard
Staff was great, rooms and. Ice and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. Breakfast was simple but delicious.
The location was a little challenging for some and the mosquitoes are hungry (they will provide repellent)
