Pros:

El desayuno es muuy bueno, buen sazón y saciante, buena atención del mesero en turno (no recuerdo su nombre) pero me hospedé Semana Santa 2026

Cons:

Los elevadores tardan mucho en bajar, subir, por ser fechas fuertes se saturan al igual que el estacionamiento, deberían asignar 1 cajón por habitación, ya que otorgaron lugares de más y yo tuve que estacionar el coche a varias cuadras y obviamente con costo y no había necesidad, siendo que el hospedaje incluye estacionamiento. En el baño del lobby duró 2 días sin jabón para manos e hice el comentario.
Y el personal debería ser un poco mas amable o estar mas capacitado.

Falta un espejo en la recamara de cuerpo completo solo hay uno en el baño , y el elevador es un problema 2 elevadores para 19 pisos 😢

Excelente hotel pero hay que corregir detalles leves
Pros:

Las camas son muy cómodas en todos los.años que tengo visitando mazatlan es la primer vez que realmente descanse tienen muy buenas camas todo en la habitación estuvo excelente 👌

Cons:

No tienen suficiente estacionamiento, solo tienen 2 elevadores y muy pequeños y la alberca esta bien pero si el agua estuviera climatizada estuviera mejor estaba muy helada

I wouldn't stay here again
Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

I didn't like that the room didn't have a safe, there were too many people for the elevator use and had to take the stair 15 flight up. The pool was not clean and neither were the toilets near the pool

Excelentes instalaciones y muy buena ubicación

Cons:

El personal no da un excelente servicio al cliente que digamos. Era mi segunda vez en el hotel, por eso volví porque me gusto todo pero como es diferente personal no es el mismo trato y la verdad traían su cara..

no nos dieron control para apagar la luz blanca del abanico de techo de una de las habitaciones, ni el mini Split por lo que tuvimos que dormir con la luz prendida y el aire acondicionado apagado, los baños no tenían agua y del área de la regadera subía un olor horrible a drenaje.
