Pros:

Perfect stay for closeness to Essendon Fields exhibition centre, well appointed for such a small space and super clean which I really appreciate

Cons:

Bed very hard but I understand it’s priced accordingly so can’t expect too much

Bad experience
Pros:

Property was okay but the wifi nor the tv didn’t work all over . No one at reception after 5 checkout by 10 am . Staff would enter your room without knocking or any notice . Worst stay would not recommended

Adequate for what we needed.
Pros:

Comfy bed. Hot shower.
Cooking facilities.

Cons:

The other residents.
First night we were evacuated at 2.30am as someone burnt a pizza.
Two night later shouting and banging and slamming doors at 4am . Next day at 6am too .
