I was given an extra big room for wheel chair users. Fantastic!
The one of the receptionist @ sunday afternoon is not welcoming. A little bit rude on answering,
Its location was fantastic and we had a great view of the markets. Facilities were excellent and modern.
The air con seemed to struggle and the room was a little warm even for us northerners . We used a pedistool fan that we found in the corridor which was excellent. Did find the selection of pots, pans, cups and cutlery to be an odd amount and selection for example 2 forks and 1 knife( this probably would have been fixed with a phone call tho the staff were wonderful) . Would have liked a heads up that housekeeping doesn’t occur on Sundays. For the price point we would have liked housekeeping keeping every day. But really, we did have a lovely stay.

In-room facilities a bit limited for a longer stay. Would have preferred a proper desk as well as a round table. Dishwasher didn’t clean things. Pool shower broken.
Clean and great location
Clean and well located hotel in central Melbourne, with very good kitchenette facilities. We cooked dinner here each night that we stayed - the room even had a dishwasher! Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage for the day on our departure day. Very near to any public transport that you could need. The soundproofing was pretty good considering the area, though imperfect at times to noises both within the hotel corridor and outside the window.
The dishes were pretty dirty when we arrived (they had clearly been through the dishwasher unsuccessfully) and no sponges were provided for manual washing, though the front desk were able to provide one.
Great location, the staff at desk reception made us feel welcome all the time, really profesional and helpful in every way. Spacious room with everything you could need. Spotless linen and towels. Having had a long stay, the Gym and swimming pool was great, a useful thing for my son.
The only thing that could have been better would be if the cleaning staff had paid attention to empty the bathroom bin every time they were there.
The staff were lovely, pool and gym facilities fantastic. Great for families with children. Location was perfect.
Best location, right in the CBD. Travel is convenient and mostly free because of the free tram fare zone.
The housekeeping is minimum. We stayed 9 nights and only 2 days the beds were made.
