Great place to stay if you’re looking for an apartment style setup for the short term.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, parking, functional room with kitchen, lots of food nearby and of course the markets. Decent little gym too.

Cons:

Inconsistency in housekeeping replacing items.

Melbourne always excites.
Pros:

Great location with easy access to trams and ax from QV markets.

Cons:

We stayed for 8 nights and although room was done each of the first few days after this there was only limited housekeeping (only rubbish collected and towels changed) with no service at all the Sunday or Monday. So no housekeeping for 5 days!
At this price I expected more for a “hotel”.

Great spot, good value.
Pros:

Location excellent. Did not have breakfast

Cons:

I left my $150 charger plugged in, beside my bed. When I called later in the day to ask about it, the room had been cleaned and the charger was not found there. I went directly to my car and do not have the charger so no other explanation. Just a bit disappointed.
