It was a good value for money
Pros:

Property was value for money
The staff was good and cooperative
I kept my laggage at property whole day for my bus at night which was safe

Cons:

They served only one water bottle per room which they should change , at least two bottles which is standard .

They help me get auto but when i waa leaving as it was raining they didnt get the auto may b due to aauto driver shortage

The place to stay in Manipal
Pros:

It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in India. Everything was top notch. Room design and facilities (I especially appreciate the desk), super friendly and helpful staff, nice food in the restaurant. Definitely the place to stay if you're in Manipal. I'd like to give special thanks to the manager and front desk staff, who went out of their way to help me with the problem completely unrelated to my stay.

Horrible management. Clean rooms.

Location. Space on our suite.

Cons:

They only give you one room key. That’s hotel policy! So, if I leave my wife and child in the room, and I if I go out in the evening visiting my friends, then I have two choices. Leave them without electricity. Or have some stranger/ security guard open my room for me. That he has privileges to get into my room with my son and wife in it is creepy.

The location was perfect as we wanted to visit MAHE. Rooms are clean, spacious but was crowded during our visit. Overall I am satisfied.
