Pros:

Location is excellent, unrivalled views out to Carlton hill and the Firth of Forth

La posizione dell'albergo è davvero ottima, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia e vicino a supermercati, negozi. La camera era spaziosa, pulita.

Cons:

Se proprio bisogna trovare qualcosa che non sia piaciuta, il prezzo non è così basso, specialmente in fuori stagione come a Maggio.

Lovely city with so much to see, room served us well but expensive for size and facilities
Pros:

Booked a long weekend, central location was excellent, having not been to Edinburgh before it was convenient for all we wanted to do. Room was expensive (typical for Edinburgh I guess), high floor view of Calton Hill was great but balcony was so small it wasn't worth any extra. Bathroom was clean and shower good, kitchen area was very small and letterbox sink difficult to wash pots in so OK for breakfast and not much more. Roomzzz occupies the top floors of the St James square shopping centre with excellent range of shops and super carpark down below ... we parked for 3 days at the reduced rate of £39 and did not move the car in that time, area was well lit and felt safe with more than one lift to upper floors.

Cons:

Kitchen area was tight and room generally on the small side and tap was insecure

Unpretentious but very good value
Pros:

Great location, so many dining and shopping options being at the shopping center. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

It’s a simple hotel without 5 star amenities, but very functional.

Pros:

Excellent location, close to everything. Extremely clean facility. Exceptional service from staff. Gray croissants for breakfast!

Mattress was too soft for me.

Room was very comfortable, quiet and well located for the centre of the city, friendly staff

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was a hot drink and croissant, which we knew but no butter, jam etc was provided

Modern accommodations with great service in a convenient part of Edinburgh. Exceptional.
Pros:

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location in St. James Quarter is a convenient walking distance to everything Edinburgh has to offer. We would definitely stay again.

Cons:

There isn't anything we would change. Our overall experience with Roomzzz was positive.

Brilliant hotel - new, friendly staff, great vibe.
Pros:

Great location in St James Quarter and 5 min walk from
The Royal Mile, 2 mins from Calton Hill. Location is fantastic, the room was great and the hotel seems to be really new.

Cons:

The pillows might be too hard, but I found them ideal.
