Fabulous location in the heart of Edinburgh surrounded by restaurants shops and historical sites. Wonderful views. Good car parking with a good negotiated rate. Comfortable modern room with well appointed kitchenette and double glazing for warmth and keeping noise level down

Cons:

No tissues in the room. Air conditioning not easy to work.
Had to go outside (not undercover) to access the car park.

Pros:

The location was great very clean modern . Fabulous bathroom and shower, free coffee and croissants in morning.

Cons:

The fact there is a balcony which I booked specifically for and didn't realise no smoking even though it's outside. No chairs on balcony allowed. The room for the price has no sofa just a chair and stool. Bit disappointing.
