Modern comfortable hotel near train station, shopping and old town
Pros:

The location is excellent and the free coffee/tea and croissants in the morning. The staff are very friendly and informative. Although, they don't serve full breakfast but the kitchenette and proximity to cafes and eateries make up for it.

It’s not coffee coming out of the machine, but a dark liquid. The croissants disappear in an instant; there probably just aren’t enough of them

Great location, clean room; bedding needs an upgrade.
Pros:

Location was great- very walkable. View was amazing; Hotel was clean and newer with modern amenities.

Cons:

Bedding was sub-par; mattress was hard, pillows were either ridiculously thin or too hard, blanket was thin and sheets were scratchy.

Pricey but good location and facilities
Pros:

Location is central and convenient for sight seeing/shopping and dining. Bed was comfortable. Nice toiletries from White Company. Complementary coffee at reception (machine but it was ok for not costing anything). Complementary croissants in the morning a lovely touch and they were really nice.
Great fridge/microwave/dishwasher in room. Good big tv - would like satellite tv though for cost of room. Paid £339 for a night stay in a basic room however the week before we travelled the room
Was priced at £275 for the same room - big difference! Think people who have paid this premium price should get the upgrade. Sorry this should have been in the not good things!

Cons:

On arrival initially ignored by one of reception staff who was busy in her phone and loudly chewing gum. Heating system was difficult to work out and at one point the room was boiling hot. Towels were threadbare and one was torn and ragged.

Perfect location, great room.
Pros:

Great location, great room, comfortable bed,?and plenty of room for a suitcase on the floor.

Cons:

Ran out of toilet paper after three nights stay.
Also, I wish face tissue was included in the bathroom.

المكان قريب من المول وكذلك من كل الاماكن وتعامل ممتاز من الموظفين واشكرهم على ذلك والمكان هادىء جدا ومنظم ومرتب ويقدمون القهوه والكرسون صباحا مجانا وهي بادره جميله يشكرون عليها والجميل كذلك يوجد باب للنزول للمول بالسلم الكهربائي والتنظيف جيد جدا وامان

اقترح ان يتم توظيف موظفين للمساعده في حمل الامتعه والشنط وكذلك اقترح ان يكون تنظيف الغرفه على مدار اليوم وليس فقط يجب وضع لافته تنظيف الغرفه قبل الساعه 10:30 صباحا ، واقترح تغير الملحف اذا طلب الزائر

Great stay excellent location
Pros:

Everything about this stay was great, we got the room with the vantage view balcony and the view was breathtaking.

You exit the hotel and are smack in the middle of the high street.

Really excellent stay

Cons:

Smoking on the balconies is not permitted.
