Excellent location ( if your shopping)

Great city break, top accommodation
Pros:

Really clean, modern property, perfectly situated for a city break. Very friendly & helpful staff

Cons:

High cost per night but that just seems to be an Edinburgh issue more than anything as you struggle to find anything for less than £100 a night

Great room enjoyed stay
Pros:

The room was really good and very central but out of the way, the staff where very helpful even having the bed changed after my water bottle leaked.

Cons:

We felt that the table that was to be used for eating inside was very low & there was no mirror on the desk for my wife to get ready.

Disappointing
Pros:

Was a nice layout and design

Cons:

Technology not working correctly.
No seating on balcony .
No coffee provided after 1 being left in the room and the rest decaf was asked for three times .
The sofa bed couch cushions slip off when sat on them .
Feather pillows . (Allergies ) modern day pillows shouldn’t contain pillows .
No toaster
Level of clean was surface clean there was layers of dust and dirt around all skirtings
The water from the tap was disappointing.

I live in the borders and not a tourist so it’s not a matter of taste it isn’t right .

Convenient
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, and come full equipped with a kitchenette. There are free warm drinks by reception and pastries in the morning too. The staff was lovely

L'emplacement était parfait à 5 minutes de l'arrêt de bus en provenance de l'aéroport et 5 minutes également de la station de bus au départ pour Inverness. En vérité tout était parfait.
