Hotel Shaans

1. The location of the hotel was good.
2. Room was very spacious.
3. Has it’s own private parking
4. Has its own restaurants but we didn’t try due to the inhospitable behaviour of a staff which I have reviewed in the next point.
5. The policy of the hotel was not well informed on the website, later was forced by a managing staff upon arrival claiming it was put up after we reached the hotel from a long journey and he denied the stay as well as denied refunding the money saying that he isn’t responsible. Only after he failed to show the hotel policy as he claimed, he allowed our stay. He also made a call in the mid morning the following day saying that we gotta vacate without properly checking the dates of the stay for which we have fully paid already and was unapologetic about his behaviour even after clarification.

I’ve given the rating based only on the facilities but given an option looking at how a particular staff treated the guest, I’ve come to a conclusion to never book a stay there. It was humiliating. Hospitality is very important is what I’d like to reinforce.

We stayed with our family for 3 days. The cleanliness and discipline on maintaining the rooms are impressive. Their hospitality and humble approach are quite lovely. The taste of the food provided by them during our family get-together with a free separate hall was really good. And all happened for a reasonable cost.

We came for having lunch,had a wonderful experience.

Mr.Pradhap captain Thai restaurant was with us the whole time
Food were good and fresh.We liked Veg pulao and chicken tandoori.
All food were given in good quantity as well as quality

Our school batch had a mini get together at the restaurant on Women's Day with a complimentary drink, a surprise gift ( a desert) and a crown to feel special. We were happy and enjoyed the evening. The food was good - both the veg and non veg - a special reference to the starters. The sizzler brownie was the highlight of the evening. A LOVELY PLACE TO FILL YOUR HEART WITH GOOD MEMORIES AND YOUR TUMMY WITH DELICACIES.

Conducted a meeting for 40 peoples, Hall space and Ambience everything they provided for a meeting is fantastic, staffs are great,

In Trichy Lot of hotels not giving proper food for the corporate meetings,

But Shaan's is fantastic in Food. Surely you can catch them for a small and large set of meetings.

Everything is tasty... We dine-in for lunch in Thai restaurant...we ordered lolly pop brain fry… prawn 65.. Everything was excellent….we enjoyed a lots

Nice the food preparation was very good Mr.prathap service is very good and I have ordered fish finger, butter Naan ,egg masala and it was very tasty I came to this hotel many times every time the food preparation was good and nice 👍 It has all facilities

Restaurant is awesome with lot of seafood options. I had the most softest Biryani ever!
My wife loves the Fish Fingers here
Would love to taste the crab lollipop

Hii ...this is prathesh from Trichy...we dine in thaai restaurant in hotel shaans...the service team in thaai restaurant was excellent especially prathap captain ..WE ORDERED FISH FINGER DRAGON PRAWN .. CHICKEN FRIED RICE ALL IN EXCELLENT TASTE ....BROWNIE WAS AMAZING...WE ENJOYED A LOT...COME BACK AGAIN

Recieved us kindly and humbly, they were easy and approachable . We went for dinner , the orders came in time and cooked so so good ... We had a chance meet the chef Mohan too... The ambience and the place was so nice and fine ...

Valentine's day ambience and food was really good. We enjoyed our dinner very much. They gave us an experience of Candle light dinner. Dinner was delicious, especially the butter chicken masala. Chicken lollipop was been my favourite always from this restaurant

Hi ..my name is kural from thanjore...I am a traveller and I came to hotel shaans for the lunch..we ordered mutton biryani chicken biryani chicken 65 and vanjaram fry....in that vanjaram fish fry it's top class and every dishes was excellent taste ..we enjoyed a lot....thanks to Mr.prathap and mr.suresh Raju manager for their excellent hospitality services....we will visit again and thanks again....cheersssss

I’m Puravi from Malaysia stayed in 211 room in hotel Shaans.. excellent stay in tat hotel..all variety of food were top class..taste also excellent…. In that restaurant Prathap captain and manager Suresh Kumar Raju were friendly and their hospitality were excellent and memorable..good luck to shaans hotel team members

Very nice experience and nice hotel . Food was good . Waiters were very kind to us . And we would like to improve the complements that they are giving . But this is a nice hotel as well as a good spot for family. We were very happy . Service prathab was very nice to us .

Best service and pratap provides very friendly service and supportive. Highly reccomended for stay. Love the hotel and restaurant. All the staft provide good service and helpful. Food are delicious and many varieties available. Thank you for the service
