パブストリートからにぎやかな街中の道を歩いて10分で、便利な立地です。
周囲にコンビニ、飲食店、マッサージ屋なんでも揃っています。
無料の朝食も美味しく、プールサイドでいただけるのがよかったです。
スタッフもフレンドリーでとても居心地がよかったです。
写真を見てわかると思うのですが、部屋の広さが 55 m²と書いてありますがこれは誤りです。
一般的な広さ25 m²前後かと思います。
ホテル近隣のBarは店先にセクシーな女の子が座っていてキャバクラみたいな雰囲気です。夜歩いてて治安の悪さは感じませんが、一応書きました。

We loved The Blanc Residence! It was our first place on our arrival in siem reap city. We got a fantastic welcome from a receptionist on the arrival. We love large rooms and clean inside the room with nice city view, Feeling relaxes for our travelling. The pool area is really nice and attractive. We will come back to stay here again soon.

Le personnel a été très gentil et serviable. On a eu de très bons conseils et avons pu passer par eux pour trouver des tuk tuk pour partir à 4h du matin voir le levée du soleil à Angkor Wat ou un chauffeur de mini bus pour se balader à Phnom Kulen car nous etions un groupe de 13. Tout était propre et les chambres étaient nettoyées chaque jour avec de nouvelles bouteilles d'eau. Quant à la piscine, c'était très appréciable pour se rafraîchir. Il y avait tout à proximité : supérette, restaurants, salon de massage, laverie, pharmacie etc. A 8 min à pied du night market également.
Pas d'ascenseur mais c'est souvent le cas dans les guesthouses. Par contre, on nous a aidés pour monter et descendre les valises.
The pool was a nice touch, the hotel itself self was nice. Staff very friendly. Generally not bad, never once got the breakfast, only realised where it was on the last night I stayed there. Until that point I thought that was for the owners of the hotel as the door was never wide open, more it was ajar lol.
But when I moved in, I move in to a colony of small ants already inhabiting my room, Annoying but not the end of the world. I got bitten a few times there. Clusters of 3 to 4 bites which is either fleas or bed bugs. One grouping on my face, one grouping on left leg, one grouping on the right leg. I left a day early and paid for another hotel as well for that last night. Neighbours across from me were exceptionally loud when leaving the hotel for the day trips. Door wide open and shouting and Music and what not. I’ve stayed at 4 hotels in siem reap. I’d only revisit 2 of them.

There were a few cockroaches in the bathroom, but I guess for this price it's normal.
We had a wonderful stay at The Blanc Hotel, Siem Reap from the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making me feel at home. The hotel’s location was perfect close to pubs tree and nigh market area - conveniently situated close to local attractions. I also enjoyed the on-site facilities, nice and lovely restaurant, I would like to recommend tourism to visit siem reap Cambodia the best place at The Blanc Residence and We will come back to stay here again soon.

There was ample staff any time I passed through the common areas. 24 hour security guards are posted in front to help you in and out of your vehicle. Everyone always smiled and greeted me kindly. Plenty of hot water to shower. Absolutely everything you could possibly need as a tourist is within a few minutes walk including Italian House by Gio, my new favorite spot! I was even able to get a straight razor shave!
I'm really not sure what could have been better. I have stayed in Cambodia quite a few times and this was honestly among my best stays ever. The neighborhood is in the prefect spot. Breakfast was good. The staff cleaned my room everyday. The safe worked as it should. The WIFI was plenty powerful for me to get some work done. During the trip I kept saying how nice it was to be there.
Good location. Quiet but short walk to the main road, pub street and the night market.
A basic breakfast is included. Large pool to help cool off from the heat. There is a small shop across the street to have laundry done.
Air con in the first room wasn't very strong but when we flagged it to the front desk, they were very responsive to help us switch to another room.
Loved our stay here. Room was big, breakfast was delicious, staff were very helpful in organising tours and to Angkor Archaeological Park (approx 17-20 USD for the day), our driver was fabulous and they packed a takeaway breakfast for you to take. Pool was also great to have!
