Pros:

Great staff. The lady at the reception spoke English, which was very helpful as I do not speak Uzbek or Russian. They were very kind and helpful.

Not much else to add. Great place overall.

Hotellissa yöpyminen oli todella miellyttävä kokemus! Vastaanotossa meitä tervehtivät aina kohteliaat ja ystävälliset nuoret miehet (G´ayratjon, Nosir, Bahit ja Saidakbar), jotka auttoivat mielellään kaikessa. Hotelli oli kauttaaltaan erittäin siisti, ja oli ihanaa palata siistiin huoneeseen päivän jälkeen. Erityiskiitos keittiön Lolalle ja hänen tiimilleen – aamiaiset olivat huippuluokkaa: monipuolisia, runsaasti vaihtoehtoja ja kaikki erittäin maukasta. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, liikkuminen oli helppoa. Koko henkilökunta oli todella lämminhenkinen ja huomaavainen. Suosittelemme lämpimästi tätä hotellia kaikille, jotka arvostavat hyvää palvelua ja viihtyisää ilmapiiriä!

Traveling to Uzbekistan for the first time by myself was both scary and challenging for me because I couldn’t speak Russian or the local language at all. When I got off the plane, I felt like I had entered a completely different world from the people walking past me. But as soon as the taxi brought me to Diamond Tashkent Hotel, I immediately felt that it was a safe place for me. The front desk staff, especially James, were professional and spoke excellent English. Even though Baxit couldn’t speak much English, he made a great effort to help, and that meant a lot. I was also touched by the kindness and attentiveness of the housekeeping team—especially LOLA, whose smile reminded me of a kind-hearted elder, and Ilvira. I’m deeply thankful to both of these hardworking housekeepers during my stay. Lastly, deep in my heart, I truly hope I’ll have the chance to return and stay at Diamond Tashkent Hotel again in the future.
