good, it done the job for my short stay.

its location to the NCH mainly. comfy bed.

Cons:

the room was very cold first entering, took radiator hours to raise room temperature when turned on full. couldnt get rad in shower room to heat up. sash window was drafty due to a gap at top.

Perfect stay near St Stephen's Green
Pros:

Very comfortable boutique hotel, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, I loved the rain shower. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Pros:

The best part was its location. It was situated right near by my office and had restaurants at walking distance. The property was clean, comfortable with good washrooms.

Cons:

There is no lift at the property. I had to take my bags upstairs dragging them. The staff did offer help but still if travelling heavy, can not pay this much price for a hotel without lift. On the property there is coffee but no restaurant in hotel. We have to rely on food delivery or restaurants outside. If it is raining or it is too cold, can't do anything.

Avoid if you want to sleep without disruptions.
Pros:

Clean and modern facilities, close to the city centre and walkable to what we needed. The bathrooms were updated and comfortable and the staff were friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn't sleep very well at all due to the noise directly outside. From about 1:00am until 4:00am there is constant noise from people leaving nearby nightclubs and taxis, pedi-cabs and other sounds. The windows are very thin so you hear every single sound. Wouldn't stay here again simply because of this.
