Staff Decore Cleanliness

Cons:

No lift to my third floor room Although a fan was provided in the current heatwave the temperature in the room was a health risk. The skylight in the bathroom should have been opened

Pros:

It was a great central location, we went to a concert in trinity so it was perfect for that. Great for a night out in Dublin where you don't need to spend much time in your room as rooms were small but very clean.

Cons:

door key wouldn't work when we came back to the hotel that night but the night manager was a really friendly guy who helped us with no issue.

Room was spotless and comfortable, we were staying up after a concert and it suited fine.
Room was quite warm but there was an air conditioning unit available and it was a big help when turned on. Very helpful staff. Would happily stay again

Perfectly located just a short 5 minute walk from Grafton Street. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room was bright and stylish, featuring a very comfortable bed and lovely Georgian windows. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well designed, with thoughtful touches throughout. Nice added amenities in the room made the stay even more enjoyable.We’l definitely come back
