Pros:

It was clean and in a good location

Cons:

Most uncomfortable mattress, micro room without sound proofing. Could hear all the outside noise and adjacent rooms.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Leeson. Staff were friendly, room was spotless. Really couldn’t ask for more
Pros:

Staff were pleasant to deal with. We were able to check in early due to a room being available when we arrived and check in to our other room later in the evening. Complimentary bottles of water and packets of crisps in the room waiting for us

Cons:

Bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit too high for my liking

Pros:

The price point was very reasonable and it was an ideal location for where I wanted to be. The crisps and water were a nice touch. The staff also gave a really nice welcome. The room was large with plenty of room.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room was quite small, to the point where sitting on the toilet my legs were touching off the wall and shower. When returning to the accommodation you had to ring the doorbell rather than being able to open the main door. I would prefer to be able to swipe in to the main door.

Great location let down by insufficient staff to do the basics
Pros:

Location good, decor nice. Looks newly renovated.

Cons:

I was kept standing on the doorstep for nearly 20 minutes in the early evening because the door was locked and there was nobody on reception or answering the phone. I had a single room which I expected to be small but the bathroom was so small that you can't even sit on the wc without either sitting sideways or burning your leg on the towel rail. There was no English breakfast tea in the tea and coffee bar. My room wasn't serviced on the second day so I had neither tea nor coffee for day two.

Great value, good location.clean and safe
Pros:

Clean and comfy room. Fantastic to see historic building being used for a hotel in city centre. Great value

Cons:

At check in , Offered to take bag and I declined but that was before I realised no lift 😅. Breakfast would be nice but the nespresso and water is appreciated

Cons:

The single bed was very uncomfortable. Surprising, considering the accommodation was only opened recently. This is room only. There is no breakfast option.

Cute but not the best
Pros:

Very cute hotel really nice. Strange smell at the entrance. Perfume that is a bit cheap.

Cons:

Noise through the window I had to ask reception to give me another room as I could not sleep at night due to noise in the street

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the location was great.

Cons:

Communication with the property was nonexistent — I never received the entry code and had to sort it out myself upon arrival. The mattress was plastic, the room was never cleaned during my stay, and the noise from both the street and adjoining rooms was constant. The space was uncomfortably hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature, and the coffee machine appeared dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, disappointing experience and not reflective of the listing description.

Alles top, sehr nettes Personal, aber aufgrund der Fenster nur bedingt zu empfehlen
Pros:

Hatte was von AirBnb, man musste sich vorab registrieren und per Code Zutritt zum Hotel und Zimmer zu bekommen. Sehr schönes neues und modernes Zimmer, tolles Bad

Cons:

Die Fenster!! Extrem laut, hatte ein Zimmer zur Straße und konnte kaum schlafen. Oropax oder ein Zimmer nach hinten buchen
