It’s nicely located and with good bus connections. There is always someone in the reception in case you need anything and the style of the rooms is cozy.
We didn’t have our room done half of the days, even after telling the staff the first day we found it undone. We were specially disappointed for that as it’s a 4 stars, and the price per night is not the cheapest in the city.
When we were there the weather was fresh, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you go with high temperatures, as it doesn’t have AC or a fridge.
Finally, we asked for an invoice because we travelled for work and after taking our time to specify them that we needed the name of both guests in the invoice, they sent it wrong.
Perfect location, close to all major sights. Extremely friendly staff. Nice interior design. The room was small but well equipped.
The main problem was that the window opened only by 10cm, so it was difficult to get fresh air or achieve any reasonable temperature in the room.

The rooms had no AC and we had a mix up with the books and was ask to leave when we had booked a second night.
Great location, lovely building super quiet for being on the main road. Staff were extraordinarily kind and helpful, especially when I had issues with a hire car and had to check back in.
The rooms are clean and comfy (the weather was mild when I stayed).
Only downside is the bed was kind of sloped? Not sure if it was just a super soft mattress or partially collapsed. It was fine, not too bad.

The location was perfect to explore Dublin city centre by foot! Right around the corner was St Stephen's Green park and when you walk through it you almost immediately end up in the Temple bar area which has a lot of nice pubs and cafes. Trinity College was also in walking distance. The commute from the airport was very easy as the bus stop was really close by.

Location, great decor, smart, nice staff
The rooms were so hot we were unable to sleep, and no rooms free downstairs where it was cooler. Given fans that didn’t make any difference, it was only 20 degrees outside and the rooms were boiling and didn’t cool down throughout the night.
