Cons:

Soggiorno di 2 notti. La camera già in pessime condizioni non è stata rifatta il secondo giorno. Le lenzuola avevano macchie di "olio". Odore di vernice all'interno. Ho chiesto al checkout di lasciare i bagagli (1 valigia e 2 zainetti) ma mi è stato risposto che non c'era posto

it was a little grimey but just needed a safe place to stay for a weekend and it sufficed.
Pros:

nice location to sofi and dtla
owners were helpful and minded their business
needed something cheap last minute
free parking
location is a little sketchy but thats just LA
lots of food/grocery options around

Cons:

seen 1 roach but room next to us said their room was infested

had to buy wipes and air freshener because it
looked like they never wiped anything down. tables/sink/toilet were soo dirty.

room smelled bad of cigarettes so beware non smokers

the towels are very thin and bedding was…questionable but i brought my own blankets and towels id recommend doing the same

Clean room with all the amenities I needed for good value for a one night stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Surprised to have microwave, mini fridge and cable television considering the low rates. Smoking room available.

Cons:

The microwave popped loudly and flashed, prior guest likely put metal in there, no way for the staff to know though. Location is in a sketchy neighborhood but again that is just what it is.

Wifi didn't work, which was important for my business trip.
Front office repeatedly said it worked, but it didn't.
The shower head sprayed water all over the bathroom.
The floor in the room was filthy.
