Hotel Excelsior

Good hotel and clean. Ideal location, breakfast is ok and can be better. Some staff were friendly and some were not. Good thing the hotel had laundry and dry cleaning service. We had room service sometimes and the food was good. Would definitely book again. The rooms were really nice and clean and bathroom were good size. Towels were good. Could request to be cleaned daily.

Spent 5 nights there. A little bit cramped, but clean room and bath. Courteous and helping staff. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of a spread of continental and local dishes made of fresh products. They paid attention to my special requests concerning the room. Central location in Saddar is an asset. Acceptable price-performance ratio.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and had the pleasure of meeting the owner who welcomed a conversation.

The team were helpful and did their level best to make the stay enjoyable. Even though there was a massive wedding in the hotel room hey managed to keep our needs catered for.

We forgot one of our coats and they managed to keep hold of it and give it to my brother when he went there.

Wonderful renovation. Welcoming staff especially Jessica and the staff from Gilgit-Baltistan. Good crab gratin and fish and chips. Super fun space in Saddar near the Governor House. Comfortable and pleasant all around.

Hotel was good and clean, breakfast was OK and was the same everyday, breakfast staff were friendly. Staff at reception were not very friendly specially the manager. Overall rating the hotel was good and would recommend.

This was the first stay i had in this hotel with my family . Our experience was really amazing from the front desk to the house keeping and specially the food was really yummy .......This hotel is a fresh air in the accomodation landscape of karachi !!! This hotel has no match in terms of service and cleanliness . The staff was the best i have seen in Pakistan . Other hotels should study thier model of service ...... Our stay was comfortable looking forward to come here again soon

Traveling from the U.S., I was a bit hesitant but this place turned out to be great: clean, pretty, and cozy.

I felt safe staying here with my family. The staff was respectful and courteous. They were following Covid protocols and wearing face masks.

Breakfast was delicious. For the price, this is the best stay in Karachi and it's located across the Atrium Mall. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who let me check-in early.
Highly recommended.

Pro-tip: exchange to Pakistani currency at the airport as the hotel also takes cash (in case the card doesn't go through). Atrium Mall has a money exchange as well.

Water bottles in the room were complimentary but they did charge for the soft drinks and chocolate in the fridge. It's not an issue but I'm mentioning this so you're prepared at checkout.

This was my second stay at Hotel Excelsior and I found this place even better .... I will recommend this place to everyone as it is very rare in Khi to find such neat and clean place which is good from European standards ..... Thanks to all the staff for making my stay again great

To be very honest, I'll always go to this hotel whenever I visit Karachi with my family.
Breakfast was outclass and so was room and management. I had a marvelous time while staying there.

I'm a frequent traveler all around the world and I must say my stay at Hotel Excelsior Karachi was amongst the best experiences I have ever had. The ambience was good and the rooms were clean & comfortable but it was the staff that really made it a worthwhile place to stay. Cherry on the cake- the location of the Hotel is great at main Zaib-un-nisa Street, where I bought Gifts for my family on very reasonable Prices. Next time I'm in the area I will absolutely stay at the same place and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Karachi.

I was recommended by a friend to stay at this hotel and I fell in love with the concept and design of this hotel ...... The room size was great ,nice cozy bed , Good seating area along with an awesome view of downtown . The best thing about this hotel is that it has shopping mall just opposite where my wife was most of the time whenever I was not around . The staff of this hotel was super cooperative and was always their to help which made out stay more comfortable . Last but not the least the food was also very good which everyone should try while staying in this hotel ....... Best of luck and thanks for making our trip unforgettable

i was in karachi with family for friends wedding. The stay was really good at this hotel specially the cleanliness of the hotel which i was really concerned becuase of covid . The moment i step in the hotel i knew i was in the right place. The rooms at the hotel were modern and well equipped with all the amenities...The staff really helped my family whenever they wanted to go somewhere .....

The location is perfect . Excellent staff requests were met promptly when you call the front desk . The hotel was very clean and rooms were awesome . I can not think about anything bad about this place.. The breakfast was very good and fresh . I would definitely come back when I'm in karachi 👌

I stayed here, excellent services, especially room services and housekeep staff served us very well.. A perfect place to stay with family, Friends and also if you are travelling for work or business.. there are many places around in the Vicinity like for shopping you can go to the whole sale markets of everything and we’ll maintain shopping malls and food streets.

I love this hotel because of 3 main reasons. Firstly, cleanness, it’s the most important factor for me, rooms and almost all other properties are clean. Secondly, efficient staffs. every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were hospitable, responsible, delightful and eager to help! Lastly, reasonable price. Considering the amenities this hotel provides the guests with, this hotel literally has a reasonable price.

This hotel i stayed with my family and I would recommend it to everyone. The location of this hotel is the best as it's in the downtown secondly its just opposite of the mall where we were most of the time... Rooms were amazing and the food was also good overall I can say my stay was beyond my expectations...

I was there with my family for one while week .The hotel staff was very cooperative and also the food was amazing...... Rooms were spacious enough with all amenities. Special measures were taken for covid this was the main reason my whole family felt safe ....
