I will not stay there if I ever go to Genting again

Just okay...
Pros:

The room was comfortable and as per our expectation. The location was also central (mid-hill) and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We arrived 2 hours early than the check-in time and our room was ready, so that was a relief, especially since we were travelling with children.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic, primarily Asian food. There could be a bit more variety, or at least eggs anywhere in the breakfast. The bathroom was very small (we were in the Family Room Plus). The bidet made a strange noise and after a while, there was a strange smell in the bathroom. We were there only for 2 nights so put up with it but did not seem like good value for money.
The beds/pillows were also not as comfortable as we have experienced in other hotels during our stay.

Overall stay was good. Rate was very reasonable and will consider booking again next time.
Pros:

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. The breakfast buffet could be better, but still ok. Very convenient location, surrounded by convenience stores and eatery.

Cons:

Not really dont like, but could improve on the buffet spread. Like the croissant very hard alread, fresh oranges exposed too much fruit flies are everywhere. Nonetheless, still enjoyed the Nasi Lemak. Maybe consider serving simple fried chicken instead of the curry or saucy one.

Location and the shops nearby

Cons:

Breakfast too bad, No vegan friendly, Unclean room, Unclean utensils. Use cups and stirrers were provided. Very bad toiletries. Parking spaces where narrow and the parking charges are high. Obviously no worth for money.
