Big rooms, plenty of parking space, close to the ski resort.
Pros:

Great breakfast with good number of choices. Great dinner. Rooms were big. Staff was very polite and helpful. There was a miscommunication between us, Booking and the property: the wrong number of guests were communicated to the property. Staff was helpful and reasonable, everything was solved with no additional charges.
A 20min drive to the ski resort.

Mi è piaciuta la struttura, la tranquillità del posto, il cibo del ristorante.

Cons:

Per una struttura a 4 stelle non mi è piaciuta la mancanza di ospitalità e gentilezza alla reception, al check-in mi sono sentita dire "MI DICA! " , mentre cercavo di entrare con 2 grosse valigie. Avrei preferito un buongiorno e magari un piccolo aiuto, tenendomi la porta aperta, mentre entravo. Durante la colazione, per 3 gg., abbiamo dovuto andare al bar, sia noi che altri ospiti, per ordinare il caffè/cappuccio, perchè il personale non veniva ai tavoli per le ordinazioni.
