Pros:

The property was in a great location and it was really nice! The only problem I had was there was no hair dryer in the room, not the biggest deal, we will stay here again!

It was clean and the contactless check in was easy

The hot water didn’t work in the shower told the guy up front he checked it out and didn’t fix it or move us rooms.

Good Stay
Pros:

~10 mins walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The price was pretty affordable. Checked in and out pretty easy, we did it through our phone and did not communicate with any staff the whole time we were there.

Cons:

The room pretty clean but I still be able to see dirt at some random spot

Pros:

Had an unexpected hiccup on the day of departure & had to check out 30 min late. They were able to accomodate me without any issue.

Cons:

I sent 2 emails asking to use the parking lot before checkin time, but unfortunately never heard back.

Beautiful and amazing perfect spot
Pros:

Everything this place was amazing check in online was so great and easy I felt safe the whole time and safe leaving my things only a 5 minute walk to downtown and like 3 minutes to a little shop with food and drinks and winery I would 1000% stay again

Nothing I loved everything and the bed was so comfortable
