Pros:

The location was great near downtown.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was trash on the table like someone was eating peanuts and one of the beds was not even done with a dirty towel on top of the bed. The bathrooms were clean and the other 2 beds were clean just one bed wasn’t done. It looks like the housekeeping forgot to do the bed an take the dirty towel an clean trash from the table. Other then that the room was ok.

It was okay for one night, the room it’s self was okay but the exterior of the hotel was not great.

Good room, good location, great price
Pros:

No breakfast which I knew about when I booked it; that was fine. Blind on window made room dark for sleep, blocking parking lot lighting. Excellent location for getting into Smoky Mountains National Park. Had a mini fridge which I wasn't expecting, but which came in handy for breakfast & lunch foods. Appreciated all the streaming services available on the TV although I wasn't in the room much to watch a lot of TV.

Cons:

No outlet by mirror in bathroom to use with electric razor.

Affordable, comfy and welcomed.
Pros:

This is mine and my groups second time staying here and we love it! The property is very clean and we love the new remodel they are doing to the rooms. Also, the affordability is a key factor in staying here! It is very quiet and in a perfect location of Gatlinburg if you love to walk like we do. 10’s across the board!

Pros:

The self check in was convenient/easy to do, just gotta make sure you read the instructions carefully, do the early sign in alongside the keypad lock... the balcony was nice/peaceful despite being near the shopping strip during GAT/Slammedenuff... They communicated okayish, the housekeeper tried her best.

Cons:

When we first got there, there was only one roll of toilet paper for 3 of us.. not enough towels, there was no extra blankets pillows beddings for the pull out couch. When we got ready for bed, pulled the blankets down there was leaves all inside it... they need new sheets, new blankets new mattress covers thats not stained.. we had a couple that had blood stains and it took the supervisor/housekeeping to try to find one n it was still stained.. they had to reclean the room due to a staff they had to fire but they didnt recheck the rooms the fired staff did, the bathroom door did not stay shut whatsoever.. the screen door was sketchy. And there was random bugs popping up in the room as well

A unique approach of no person there when checking in. But texting worked just fine! Older facilities being actively remodeled. Good value just off the very busy Gatlngburg main thoroughfare.
