We will be back in a few weeks and staying right here again. You can’t ask for better staff and cozy room
Pros:

Perfectly located where you can walk to everything! Staff was amazing! We had a slight problem with ac, they fixed it so quickly. They were so nice about it. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was awesome

The location was great near downtown.

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was trash on the table like someone was eating peanuts and one of the beds was not even done with a dirty towel on top of the bed. The bathrooms were clean and the other 2 beds were clean just one bed wasn’t done. It looks like the housekeeping forgot to do the bed an take the dirty towel an clean trash from the table. Other then that the room was ok.

It was okay for one night, the room it’s self was okay but the exterior of the hotel was not great.

Good room, good location, great price
Pros:

No breakfast which I knew about when I booked it; that was fine. Blind on window made room dark for sleep, blocking parking lot lighting. Excellent location for getting into Smoky Mountains National Park. Had a mini fridge which I wasn't expecting, but which came in handy for breakfast & lunch foods. Appreciated all the streaming services available on the TV although I wasn't in the room much to watch a lot of TV.

Cons:

No outlet by mirror in bathroom to use with electric razor.
