Nice and clean facility enjoyed our stay even though it was only two nights
The room was excellent and the hotel staff were very helpful.
The views from the room were amazing.
The roof top pool and bar/seating area weren't well maintained, so not as appealing as the photos. The view from the roof is excellent though.
The pool is nice worth a lovely view
MICE, we left a banana for 3 hours in the room and when we came back it was half eaten by what we believe was a mouse. The whole facility was not very clean, including the pool area. We could hear some noises from the ventilation vent and it sounded like mice. The hotel also made us send our passports to make sure we were coming because we said we would arrive around 5 pm which apparently was very late and they needed additional proof of our arrival.
the location was not that bad and the staff was nice and helpful
we extended our stay with an extra night before arrival to stay an extra night in Da Nang. as I wrote in my previous review the hotel is not in a good shape, it seems there has been no maintenance at all since the opening and I suppose it was 10-15 years ago. the photos on booking are not representing the reality at all. during our last night I heard some crawling noises from the vent system, it might have been rats!?! I really don’t get the high ratings, you should not book here.

The room is really spacious and has a separate kitchen area with dining.

The king size bed is actually two singles pushed together so a bit of a gap in the middle.
Some plates in the kitchen would have been nice.
But overall I would definitely recommend this place.
The area was nice and quiet. Our room got the river view which is very nice. The bed was soft and the staff were friendly and helpful
Quiet far from attractions. No issue if you don’t mind spending on grab which is not that expensive. We got the apartment room. It’s a king bed but single mattress combined kinda annoying. The heater only last for 5 minutes so we couldn’t fill in the tub.
Quiet location, you have a small kitchen in your room. Room space is big, bed comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
