Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Mostly reported as very clean in multiple reviews, but one guest noted rooms were not cleaned for four nights—mixed cleanliness experience.
Service
9.5
Generally no major service complaints aside from an access key not working for one guest; staff/service otherwise implied acceptable—rating slightly elevated to reflect broadly smooth stays.
Location
9.9
Multiple guests explicitly praised the location ('Good location', 'gute Ausgangslage')—strong positive sentiment for location.
Room Quality
9.6
Rooms described as large, modern and beautiful, but comfort was impacted for some by HVAC/ventilation issues (noise, inability to control fan).
Amenities
9.6
Laundry and parking included and modern facilities noted; however, HVAC controls and lack of included breakfast were recurring negatives despite otherwise good amenities.
Value for Money
8.6
Mixed value perception: many guests liked the stay, but complaints about missing breakfast and at least one guest stating employer would remove the location indicate perceived value is somewhat reduced.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Several comments indicate breakfast was absent or unclear ('What Breakfast?', 'Wish there were breakfast included'), so F&B is a clear weak point.
Overall Experience
10
Multiple strong positive headlines ('Great place to stay', 'Comfortable Stay', 'truly impressed') and consistent praise for room quality and cleanliness produce a very positive overall impression despite specific HVAC/noise issues.

Couldn't sleep, no fan on AC unit.
Pros:

Nothing. Lack of always on FAC in AC is a complete deal killer - I will have my employer remove this location from future consideration.

Cons:

Stop placing AC units in hotels where you cannot turn on the fan and.. leave it on.

I'm flying and traveling for work, I cannot carry a fan with me through airports and airplanes - at a minimum I should be able to arrive to a hotel and be able to sleep in relative comfort by white noise generated by the AC fan.

I've been able to do that for decades.. until now.

I'll 100% give every hotel that does this 0 ratings and hit every review board I can pointing it out.

My company is wasting money so I can not sleep in a room designed to help me sleep.. as I work onsite at local facilities.. because I cannot turn the fan on .. and leave it on.

Pros:

Excellent
Pros:

Loved the room with the kitchenette. The staff was super friendly. There wasn't a breakfast but with the kitchenette, you didn't miss it. If I'm ever back in Missouri it's a no brainer where I'm staying!
