Pros:

In terms of location, it is in one of the city's prominent areas, so it was easy to reach. Overall experience was good.

Cons:

I gave my car to the valet for parking it inside the hotel premises. Although it is not the valet's fault, when I took my car the next day, it was covered in dust, and there was bird poop all over my car. If some facility can be provided where a basic car wash service is offered, that will add to the overall stay experience.

Un forgettable Stay.

Calm amid the bustle of Chennai
Pros:

Having used Homestays’ of various quality during our month in India, we decided to treat ourselves to some luxury and Pharos Hotels did not disappoint. Our room was large and comfortable and despite being close to the lift, there was no noise. Breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. Food was also served by the pool and, for those to whom it might appeal, there is a Hard Rock Cafe on site. The stay was good value for money.

Cons:

The safe in the room caused us some issues and we needed support from Maintenance Staff on two occasions. I also saw the Maintenance Staff bring a big bunch of keys to another room so the problem was not unique to us.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal, großes Zimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet und aufmerksamer Service. Bei geschlossenem Fenster konnte man den Verkehrslärm nicht hören. Es gab zwei Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer die jeden Tag nachgelegt wurden und Pflegeprodukte.

Cons:

Nicht zu 100% sauber, Kalkflecken im Bad und Staub auf den Lampen. Allerdings nichts dramatisches.

Pros:

The rooms were very nice and spacious but their restaurant s were bad with very cheap and rude customer service. Most of the staff was either busy talking among themselves or on their phone. Their coffee shop sucks
