Cons:

The hotel is beautiful but the staff and the service is very bad. One coffee will take 45 mins to come. Staff only speaks in local language doesn't talk in english at all

It was worth the stay. Great value for money and a good location.
Pros:

The hotel was great. As a holistic health coach I look for a great start to my day and th hotel had a good size gymm sauna, steam and breakfast. It a good option of protein and veggies. Loved the variety. Im happy to see the buffet has less junk food and more wholesome nourishing options.

Amazing and clean hotel with awesome service.
Pros:

The room was very clean and exactly what we needed for a long stay. The staff were friendly and were very responsive if we needed anything for the room. Room service was always fast and we never had any troubles. The breakfast was always nice and fresh and would recommend. Hanging out the pool on a nice hot day was so nice to have and we felt more than at home here.

Cons:

Can't think of anything. Staff was always responding to our needs and questions. Never had an issue.

stay one day and change hotel on the next day

The room cleanliness, housekeeping services

Cons:

The fridge in the room is not working, the reception staff said the fridge will be at room temperature, unstable
Please take note, 4th -12th July, we're a family of 15 booking for 8 rooms, elderly people need to put thier medicines in the fridge
