Great experience with this hotel, staffs are amazing, helpful and very friendly. Really enjoyed the stay.
Feel like same menu for the breakfast. Maybe everyday try new dishes, so the guests don’t feel like bored.

There were construction activities adjacent to the hotel which started at 7 in the morning. And one couldn’t sleep due to those loud sounds and also there were no staff to carry the luggage to the rooms. They use to ring the bell at 6:30 AM I don’t know for what purpose.
The shower was not working. Also the restaurants were not fully operational due to LPG shortage.

Colazione ottima e varia anche per chi non mangia piccante.
La caffetteria interna a bordo piscina (contabilità separata) offre un'ampia scelta (espresso accettabile).

In terms of location, it is in one of the city's prominent areas, so it was easy to reach. Overall experience was good.
I gave my car to the valet for parking it inside the hotel premises. Although it is not the valet's fault, when I took my car the next day, it was covered in dust, and there was bird poop all over my car. If some facility can be provided where a basic car wash service is offered, that will add to the overall stay experience.
