Pros:

The room was large and comfortable, the pool was absolutely amazing, and the other facilities at the hotel were great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Breakfast was just okay. I love Indian food, but for a five-star hotel I was expecting a wider range of continental options. There were also a few issues with the room, although these were resolved once we brought them to the hotel’s attention. The location, despite being fairly central in Chennai, isn’t ideal if you want to explore on foot, and realistically you need a car to go anywhere, although this is more of a general issue with Chennai than with the hotel itself.
