Was nice I enjoyed the hotel however they need a pool and a gym for the amount . It’s disposed to be an apartment style

The location is perfect and the staff ! Is so nice and accommodating even though you have to ring a bell for service . 🤷🏾‍♀️

Cons:

Bathroom water pressure, rooms weren’t cleaned daily and there were no restocking towels and stuff had to go get them but they were short staff.

No daily housekeeping, Having to ask for towels and them being counted one for one. No kitchen supplies in the room and having to ask for them. Being questioned what I need it for and not just given when asked. No coin machine for laundry. No supply of toilet paper in the room and having to ask for it. Under staffed. Needs a vending machine for laundry supplies. Printer didn't work. I was not impressed. I had never stayed at a place like this before, it was definitely a first.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, pet friendly

The room was perfect, very clean, with a small kitchen.

Cons:

As a pet owner staying there with two dogs, the only thing I didn't like was that it seemed many owners left their dogs alone in their rooms, because you heard barking from 3-4 rooms, and those dogs were answering each other. Once owners arrived, the dogs were quiet

This is my first time staying at this bug infested hotel chain and it is the LAST.
Pros:

The bed had bedbugs so nothing else matters. I am covered with bites and miserable with itching and embarrassed by all of the red whelps all over my body. The evidence of the bugs should have been seen by staff. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Cons:

BEDBUGS...red bites/whelps all over my body. There is absolutely no excuse for any hotel to have bedbugs especially when the evidence found shows that they have been in that bed for quite sometime. Why has the cleaning staff never noticed. I am now absolutely miserable with itching and it has ruined my visit with my son. I am furious and disgusted
