Very charming place with the sweetest staff

The staff where extremely responsive and very sweet. The room was fresh and the place was charming.

Cons:

We were missing some stairs to enter the pool and hooks to hang up towels or clothes in the bathroom.

I would be back

The hotel is small, with open spaces and a tropical feel. My room, on the third floor, overlooked the pool surrounded by plants; everything was very bright and pleasant. The mattress was very comfortable. The staff were always very attentive, helpful, and friendly. In previous reviews, some guests mentioned the presence of crawling creatures on the exterior walls, but that's not surprising in a tropical environment.

Cons:

For some people, the absence of an elevator can be a serious complication.

Perfect for relaxation with a nice interior
Pros:

Wonderful staff, very pleasant and would go above and beyond to assist you. The hotel itself was lovely, very private and quiet. The swimming pool area was perfect for relaxation surrounded by beautiful plants. We also tried some lunch and breakfast and everything was delicious. Room was very spacious with a nice design, the same applies to the bathroom - very spacious shower. Room had balcony. Location is also great, away from the pub street and night life (only short 10 mins walk) which is great if you want to avoid constant party noise and music. The area is close to some other restaurants and everything was located within walking distance.

Once again, special thanks to wonderful staff, who made our stay much more enjoyable!

Nos encantó todo, hicimos mucho uso del hotel porque el calor abrasador de abril no dejaba alternativa. El equipo de chicas es excepcional e inmejorable, nos organizaron actividades y traslados con eficacia y siempre amabilidad. La habitación cómoda e impoluta. La piscina es un sueño y la ubicación muy cómoda. Alojarnos ahi ha endulzado con creces nuestra experiencia en siem reap.

Cons:

Mejoraría la ducha, que el agua salía caliente o fria, sin término medio. Las paredes son muy finas y se oye todo al otro lado. Quizás que tuvieran mas aislante o evitar poner huespedes potencialmente ruidosos como niños cerca de huespedes mas tranquilos.
