Normal oda için rezervasyon yapmıştım amaresepsiyondaki arkadaş bize mükemmel bir sürpriz yaparak odamızı upgrade etti ve hiçbir extra ücret talep etmeyerek bize kral dairesini verdi. Uzun zamandır bu derece olağanüstü bir otel deneyimi yaşamamıştım. Sadece bir gece kalıyor olduğumuza gerçekten çok üzüldük. İstanbulun tam merkezinde heryere ter vesait gidebileceğiniz bir konumda, deniz manzaralı koskocaman bir otel odası , çok büyük deniz manzaralı bir teras , muazzam bir günbatımı manzarası. Anlatmaya kelimeler yetmez olağanüstü bir otel deneyimi. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

Perfect Holiday
Pros:

I ordered my breakfast every morning and the lady that attended me was super polite. Everyone was polite.
My room was big enough and complete, well decorated with a view facing the sea. It was in front of the port, loved the sunsets, numerous birds flying, and the ferries just 5 minutes away. The hotel was near all the restaurants and shops.

Cozy place in Istanbul
Pros:

We got an upgrade on the room and the view was stunning. Place is nice, quite clean and staff is great and really accommodating. Nagehan was super sweet as well as guys from the reception. Breakfast is typical and so tasty!

Cons:

Breakfast is from 8 to 10, luckily the staff could accommodate to do it at 7:30 but Booking should specify at what time they serve it.

He tenido una estancia muy agradable en el hotel. Todo estuvo muy bien y quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad, profesionalidad y disposición para ayudar en todo momento de Nagehan y Kerem. Siempre estuvieron atentos a mis necesidades y me atendieron muy bien

Pros:

Местоположението е чудесно. Хотелът е чист. Персоналът е любезен, НО служителите на рецепцията са на много ниско ниво - не знаят английски, отказват да подпечатват командировъчни, не издават фактура за престоя!

Cons:

Не издават фактура за престоя въпреки, че е специално и предварително заявено! Отказват да подпечатат/ подпишат командировъчна заповед, което създава големи неприятности в осчетоводяването на пътуването. Персоналът на рецепцията не разбира английски език и е тотално некооперативен. Не издават документи за престоя и това е ГОЛЯМ ПРОБЛЕМ!

Absolutely spectacular and in the hearth of the city of Kadikoy. Excellent room and luxury bathrooms.
Pros:

It is incredibly easy to reach from the Metro Station, but don’t let the convenient location fool you — this is far from a typical terminal hotel. It is a true luxury property with exceptional amenities and a beautiful scenic view overlooking the Grand Terminal and the Kadikoy shores.

The value is well balanced, and the experience feels premium without being overpriced. The entire team was outstanding — polite, welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced. Their attention to service made the stay even more memorable.
