Pros:

La posizione, vicina alla metro, all’imbarco per la parte europea e alla zona più movimentata della parte asiatica. La grandezza delle stanze e la pulizia. Ineccepibile.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, Kerem, Ali, and Kerem Jr. made us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out.

We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized welcome note waiting in our room—it was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel special. Throughout our stay, the team was always friendly, helpful, and happy to assist with any questions or requests.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The excellent service made our experience even more enjoyable.

A big thank you to Kerem, Ali, and Kerem Jr. for their outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to both the ferries and city center. I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to the presidential suite, which made the stay unforgettable. The suite was spacious and stunning, especially the big terrace with its beautiful views for Topkapi and the mosques. The staff was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately we only stayed one night, but it was the highlight of our trip. Thanks for the hospitality, we would love to return.
