Quarto muito bom e equipe muito simpática e prestativa.

Cons:

Só pegamos o primeiro quarto com cheiro de cigarro, mas logo nos acomodaram em outro.

Pros:

Funcionários prestativos, cama confortável, chuveiro bom… mas o café da manhã foi meio caótico, não estavam preparados para a quantidade de pessoas, faltou talher, mesas bagunçadas, sem pessoas para limpar. Mas a comida em si estava boa.

Cons:

Barulho, dá para ouvir a água nos canos, peça para ficar longe dos elevadores e andar baixo.

Jantar sem opções e proposta oferecida muito ruim. Caiu muito o serviço do restaurante no jantar.

O sistema de jantar com atual restaurante está PÉSSIMO. O modelo de buffet anterior estava satisfatório, mas atual modelo com prato feito está muito ruim. Rede Ibis deveria avaliar URGENTE e mudar.
