Very disappointed
Pros:

We arrived at the Seawinds and we were instantly disappointed. It is a poorly kept building and the pictures on the listing were not only deceiving, but they were completely fake. When we arrived, there was no front desk even though the check in instructions told us to go to the front desk to check in. When I called the number listed, it went to voicemail and said the voicemail was full. We drove across the street and asked the hotel across the street if they knew who we could talk to but they couldn’t help us either. We waited around for a while calling different numbers with no luck. We ended up staying somewhere else. I can’t stress this enough; it’s not worth booking with this place.

Pros:

The space was perfect for our needs. The place could have used some updating and a freshing up. The beach across the street was small. Lots of dead horseshoe crabs and seaweed but there was a storm. The saving grace was the pool at the sister company was very nice and that property was clean.

Less than desirable
Pros:

A tired unit needing lots of tlc
Never got the internet password right even though it’s posted
The landline nUmber is also posted but doesn’t work
No pots and pans as advertised in a fully equipped kitchen
Bed hard and uncomfortable
Deceiving - it’s not really on the beach but across the street
All that being said- the property is managed by another hotel and we were able to go there and use the pool and hot tub which made our visit so much more pleasant
They have a welcome center with hot coffee and a little comfy reception area
Love the area
Spent a day in P town
