Check if they have all their facilities open before booking
Pros:

Staff is very courteous and friendly, they gave us a small tour of hotel. Sadly everything in hotel was shut except rooms, reception and one pool. It is really beautiful hotel, very scenic views from and to the hotel. Luxury at the peak, I have not seen any other hotel in Qatar with this ultra luxury. Rooms are very much spacious and comfortable, everything looks gowdy.

Cons:

There is no zero otherwise I would have scored zero. Raffles should not accept bookings if they are running low on guests. The guests expect value for money while they know there is no value they can provide except the rooms. We were directed to Fairmont for breakfast, pool, restaurants and all other facilities. Literally Raffles is open for sake of keeping open, no functional facilities. Almost ruined our staycation that we expected and inspired by social media. We had to pay for that signature waffle (iconic crescent shape) because breakfast was provided in Fairmont for all Raffles guests which is normally free if Raffles is open for breakfast.

Lost interest in this chain and booking too
Pros:

On arrival the clerk (Andy sheikh) was extra rude and refused to accept partial payment

When I asked for a manager he replied I am the manager and my colleague (lady) is the deputy CEO

Knowing it’s falls I had to pay the total amount to avoid a quarrel

Sehenswertes Hotel mit tollem Personal
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine schöne ruhige Lage. Die Empfangshalle und die Zimmer sind äußerst beeindruckend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und bemüht alle Gästewünsche zu erfüllen. Wir erhielten einen früheren Check-In. Die Lage des Zimmers hat genau unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Die Vendome Mall ist fußläufig erreichbar, ein Besuch dieser ist empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Für uns war der Pool etwas zu kühl.
