Where to start…when we arrived we couldn’t find anyone on the property to let us into our room. It was a ghost town. Didn’t appear that anyone else was staying in the other units. We found someone who took us to our room. We were to have a private splash pool. We were told that was only in executive suites despite the fact we saw several on the way to our room. We were taken to room with a pool and someone was cleaning it but it was never filled. Property rep says we never asked for it to be filled…? There wasn’t a hairdryer as listing said. When I asked for one I received no response. The washing machine didn’t work. When we mentioned it the response was … it doesn’t work. No coffee maker and a kettle that smelled like mold. My friend couldn’t find his jacket and wanted to look in first room for it. He was told it wasn’t there. It had his car key fobs in it so it was important. We went to that room and knocked . No one there and door was unlocked so he went in to see if coat was there. We were going to beach and my friend stopped at supply cupboard which was unlocked to get a towel to take. I received a nasty message about those two incidents. Then on our return to property was confronted by angry property rep asking if we took her bike??!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! To call this place “executive suites” is a real stretch. It may have been at one time but certainly not now. Loved Tulum but our trip was not as relaxing as it should have been.

Excelente lugar para descansar

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms are spacious, we booked a 2-bedroom suite on the roof with a large balcony – perfect for relaxing in private. Despite arriving late at 3 AM, the process was seamless. We received clear instructions via WhatsApp on how to access our key and find our suite.

The cleaning staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, adding a personal touch to our experience. This is truly a great place to unwind and enjoy some privacy. Highly recommend!

Malgré une arrivée très tardive, la chambre n'était pas prête et avions reçu une chambre temporaire
Résultat, tout la deuxième journée, les valises étaient à la réception et ne pouvions revenir avant 17h à notre chambre définitive.
Pas d'eau chaude le premier soir car chauffe eau était éteint.

Una excelente experiencia, las habitaciones super comodas el colchon y las almohadas lo mejor pude descansar sin problema en toda mi estancia.
Los departamentos cuentan con todo lo necesario para cocinar durante varios dias.
La Srita. Cindy en todo momento se porto amable y atenta.

Expedia has a wrong number and when we arrived we didn't have a place to stay! We had to book a different place when we realized we were not going to be able to stay here! Expedia needs to remove this listing ASAP

There’s not much near this location. The unit was clogged, tv didn’t work, WiFi didn’t work, a window didn’t work so the AC wouldn’t cool, they never came in and cleaned. Music is playing thru the day, so if you want to sleep in you’ll hear it. Rooms are very bright. The positive would be the staff that tries to be helpful. Out experience wasn’t great since much was broken.
