Pros:

The room was beautiful and clean and I loved the shower!

Cons:

My coffee maker didn’t work!!!! It was very disappointing. I like to enjoy coffee in my robe in peace and quiet in the morning and I couldn’t.

Restaurant and location were the best part.
Pros:

The location was beautiful and a lovely getaway. nice pool and hottub and the resturant was some of the best food i EVER had!!

Cons:

we had our baby with us and needed a room with a tub. The tub was grimy and kind of gross. There was no trash bags. a water bottle was five dollars. And the bed felt very small more like a queen size then a king. Paying over $200 just for one night I expected a lot more. Also the front desk people were short with us and kind of rude. and did not provide any details about breakfast or food or amenities. i had to call to ask and they were very rude on the phone

Nice hotel. Male sure to budget for higher restaurant prices.
Pros:

Good location. Very nice.

Cons:

Restaurant was too expensive so we left to eat.
I still have yet to receive my refund from the required $50 per night deposit. It seems excessive that I must call a month later to chase down my required deposit that I was told would ve refunded in 7 business days.

Pros:

We chose the Hyatt Regency Baytown because we wanted to stay outside of Downtown Houston and at the same time close to the NASA Space Center. Great views out into the bay, no parking fees. Modern and very clean, staff friendly. Exceptionally good breakfast at the restaurant.
