I cancelled the booking, Even after telling the property owner that i dont have parking and i cant park the car far away based on that i cancelled and still i was charged the money

The venue did not have kitchen where as. Food was order from outside for breakfast rather have bufty in the charges
Roos was not have any contact details for reception nor room service to contact for any tpye of need .
People for. 9 am started calling for checkout by 11 am almost 2 hours before

I think booking.com didn’t physically verified the properties, very bad stay

Only because if you compare with other hotel near by are more expensive and this hotel tariff is reasonably perfect that suits to budget of every sector of either business or personal visits to this location, but just need more simple gesture of attention on check-in and check out that will definitely generate more customers to choose this hotel. Free breakfast is still needs to be improvised
