A very good hotel: Spacious, comfortable (bed), airco, nice bathroom (great shower!), coffee/tea maker/ mini fridge, within walking distance of everything in the city centre. Plus good breakfast and very friendly hotel staff. Would definitely come back.
The only negative thing that I can think off is that there are white carpets in the rooms which is not a good idea as there're stains on it. But because everything else looked so clean, it didn't bother me, it's just a pity because it degrades an otherwise very nice room.
If you are looking for a very clean and tidy hotel, this hotel is definitely the best option. The rooms and bathroom were extremely clean. If you care a lot about cleanliness like us, this hotel will satisfy you completely. The hotel staff were really friendly , helpful and hospitable . Every time we asked them for help, they tried their best to help us in the best way. We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during New Year and Christmas and we really felt like we were in our home. The location of the hotel is excellent and you can reach most of the famous places of the city by walking from the hotel for 10-15 minutes. Also, the hotel is located in a quiet side-street from the famous Rustaveli Street. The breakfast was good and very delicious jams were served. Regarding warm dishes, the variety is limited to 4 or 5 models and there is chance for improvement. However, we also enjoyed from breakfast and it was satisfying. The environment for serving breakfast was also beautifully designed. In addition, there is a good supermarket right next to the hotel that has almost everything you need and can be bought easily and at a reasonable price. At the end, I must say that if I return to Tbilisi again, that I will surely do soon, I will definitely stay in this hotel again. Appreciate for your hospitality.
It's a great and clean hotel with everything you need for a short/long stay with reasonable price and delicious breakfast. The staff were so friendly and attentive. It is in the center and 15 min. walking to any tourist destinations. Strongly recommend!

Really nice hotel, with an excellent location, a kind staff, a rich breakfast, comfortable rooms, daily coffee treats, everyday room cleaning, and good deals. if you plan to visit Tbilisi, this is where you will stay in comfort and ease.

Generally all great but pillows on the bed are too flat. I used both but still super low.
Best thing was no smoking in the building which seems to be rare in Georgia.
Black rubber/gum marks on the carpet made it feel dirty and unclean. I struggled to find decent dining options around this area.
Otherwise the staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, there was no noise outside despite being opposite a police station, and the buffet selection for breakfast was tasty.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 days as tourists. The hotel is new, clean, tidy, not expensive, close to the center, the breakfast is modest but solid, the maids are discreet, so I have no complaints. The hotel is actually everything you need. A clean, tidy room and a good price.
