Cons:

Le ménage n’a pas été fait tous les matins pendant notre absence (comme cela se fait dans d’autres hôtels). Peut-être aurait-il fallu le demander à l’accueil… mais nous ne sommes restés que trois nuits. Cependant, chambre propre à notre arrivée.

Lesson learned.
Pros:

The bed was comfy. The bathroom was very modern.

Cons:

I was shown where breakfast was and told the hours. I was NOT told that breakfast wasn’t included and charged €25 per night for breakfast. The room really was a prison cell and had literally no space.

Parfait ! Se laisser porter dans ce coin de paradis.
Pros:

C'est l'un des plus beaux hôtels que j'aie jamais vus, avec une décoration et une architecture magnifiques, sans parler du jardin… Les petites collations pour les petites faims....
Le personnel est aux petits soins, d'une gentillesse et d'une simplicité parfaites.
À absolument visiter si vous êtes à Berlin

Staff extremely helpful and friendly and prompt responding. Complementary snacks and beverages always available. Working and relax areas.

Cons:

Only two details which could be improved
- amenities in the bathroom not available - no shower cap no slippers and the towels are small and not high quality. The bathroom is cold while the room heating is really comfortable
