Really good value for money. It is located super close to the main historical center, and a great view of the tomebamba river. The rooms were spacious and equipped with all you might need. Very quiet, we have a great night sleep. Definitely will come back.

Only little things that need attention there. The bedside lamps are battery operated lights that did not work and it was difficult to find the on switch

Perfect two-week stay
Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The location was absolutely perfect for us. In the two weeks we were there, we didn't need to get a taxi anywhere, apart from back to the airport at the end. And we could have walked there without the cases. The apartment was very comfortable and we had no complaints at all. Would definitely stay there again.

This is the type of place that is hard to find unless you’re familiar with Cuenca.you are familiar with Cuenca. A diamon

Amazing overlook onto the Tomebamba River. Quieter than normal for Cuenca due to the distance from the main thoroughfare. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Some difficulty dealing with the language barrier with staff. Also, Location is hard to explain to taxi drivers due to Cuenca’s dismissal of the address practices that we are used to in the USA. ¡Our booking taxi took us to the wrong place when we arrived!

It was a good stay and would recomend to travelers.
Pros:

Breakfast was not included in the suits. The rooms were clean and convenient.

Cons:

Some electrical light problems, wifi was broken, but still worked at minimum capacity. Some of the doors dont have handles, just a key hole, seamed strange.

Large, spacious, clean and confortable accomodation
Pros:

I stayed on the top floor, wonderful view of the river and mountains from the balcony, entire apartment was very spacious and comfortable, self-catering kitchen, all facilities exceeded my needs, very clean, management spoke perfect English and were extremely helpful. Location is conveniently a few minutes’ walk from the city centre.

Nothing, the place was perfect
