Pros:

The bedroom only

Cons:

The food in the restaurant is actually shocking shocking . They can’t even cook a pasta dish .dog food !!!
Every things ordered was a disaster at a New York City price .
Even Found a black alive worm in the Caesar salad
First time I see a swimming pool setting with 0 sun umbrella .
This hotel is a crew ship terminal at the week end .
Stayed many many times at different Hilton around the world this was absolutely terrible and the worse one . No structure, no proper training for staff who are all running like headless chicken .
But most of them are very nice and pleasant .
The bedroom was really nice

No.pierdan su dinero!!

La vistas de la habitación, la piscina porque no había casi nadie.

Cons:

No tenia idea que del hotel NO SE PUEDE ACCEDER AL MAR , esta totalmente cerrado, cerrado y NO EXISTE PLAYA! si uno quiere ir al mar tiene que caminar a una plays de 50 m de arena, con piedras.
El personal Frio, nada atento, los precios carisimos, el desayuno más simple de la vida, café sin sabor, panes pasados, fruta muy madura, jugos sin sabor. Todo pésimo!!

We didn’t stay.
Cons:

We arrived with our group of 12 people to find out the hotel was overbooked. We were sent to another hotel 45 minutes away. We had absolutely no say in the matter. The Tapadara I believe. The accommodation were quite nice, the people in charge, Oscar I believe his name. He took care of taxi to hotel and then to cruise terminal. This was first time this has happened. The other thing that occurred was the taxi Zi had arranged and paid for, the trip for 12 people, airport to Hilton was cancelled the same dat. Minutes before we landed in DR!! This was not convenient at all. Very disappointed in Bookings.com about the taxi situation and also the overbooking of the Hilton.

Hotel ubicado cerca de la playa en La Romana.

Zona de exterior con piscina muy agradable. Hamacas y música para relajarte en la piscina.

Carta del bar y restaurante con buena relación calidad/precio.

Camas cómodas.

Durchaus empfehlenswert und P/L stimmt
Pros:

Lage sehr gut. Poolwelt und Nähe zu kleinem Meerstrand perfekt. Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken ebenfalls sehr gut. Lediglich Lage falls man extern essen möchte etwas außerhalb und deshalb ist man auf Mietwagen oder Taxi angewiesen.

Cons:

Ankunft nach langem Flug von Deutschland um 23.30 Uhr und da gab es nichts mehr zu essen und zu trinken. Empfang war auch eher unterkühlt. Das Frühstückspersonal ist aber sehr angenehm!

Lovely hotel but need to sort out service in resaurant

Hotel was lovely, pool great. Reception staff very helpful

Cons:

Service in restaurant was awful. Breakfast not too bad service wise but lunch and dinner not good at all. We had to ask to place our order a number of times, ordered drinks and they took forever to get them in fact we had to ask again for them. Once our food order was eventually taken it then took a good 45 mins for it to be delivered although when we did get it it was nice
