Pros:

La atención del personal muy buena, sobre todo de Derwin, Noemi, Kleir y Eugenio.

Cons:

Lo único no satisfactorio fue el uso del aire acondicionado centralizado, demasiado frío, tuvimos que solicitar colchas y cenamos con campera y pantalón largo.

J’ai bien aimé la piscine, l’emplacement, la salle de sport et le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

J’aurai aimé qu’il ai de quoi faire des tractions dans la salle de fitness , le distributeur automatique ne fonctionnait pas. La nourriture de l’hôtel aurait pu être meilleure.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant is actually shocking shocking . They can’t even cook a pasta dish .dog food !!!
Every things ordered was a disaster at a New York City price .
Even Found a black alive worm in the Caesar salad
First time I see a swimming pool setting with 0 sun umbrella .
This hotel is a crew ship terminal at the week end .
Stayed many many times at different Hilton around the world this was absolutely terrible and the worse one . No structure, no proper training for staff who are all running like headless chicken .
But most of them are very nice and pleasant .
The bedroom was really nice
