Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay,lobby area was way better n we preferred to sit there. Great staff

The staff was at their best at work.

Cons:

The room linens, towels were old, rugged and yellow, passage cleanliness, filthy water, inappropriate water supply, dust in the rooms, crushed curtains, dim yellow light to a level giving a spooky feel, no wifi and TV wasn't connected to the internet and also did not let us connect to the hotspot due to default disabled network service, bed side rim which was so hard that it hurts the thighs, refrigerator had fungus, plastic water bottles

Il personale super cortese (specialmente Roma, la cameriera del ristorante), buona struttura anche se un po’ datata. Le aree comuni sono ben tenute e abbastanza pulite. Qualità prezzo ci sta, l’hotel rimane un oasi dove poter riposare tranquillamente dal traffico incessante della città

Cons:

La palestra non è altezza per un hotel del genere, la piscina non è pulita, tutte le pareti sotto l’acqua sono viscide/unte, inoltre l’area intorno sembra un po’ abbandonata a se stessa.

nothing, they tried to charge me again even after me paying in advance … the tv was not working … the ac was not working… too many power cuts

No staff was valet parking . Whole lobby was dark and full of mosquitoes. No security was there at the loby door.
Pros:

The only thing is good for this hotel is location .

Definitely not coming back
Cons:

The PU leather on the headboard, footboard and side rails was smelling terribly, my migraine intensified because of it. Where ever the PU was used, the smell was strong. After complaining, the staff said it was sorted, but it continued. I’ve requested them to pin the headboard and around the bed with bed linen. It did reduce after that. Definitely not something I expected from Hilton group. The toilets and the rooms were also not so clean. It’s manageable. The food is priced very high.
