Pros:

The staff were polite.

Cons:

The hotel staff did not greet us or welcome us as they did to other guests with garlands and drinks. The pre check in experience was not good. They asked us to wait for half an hour before handing over the room key. When we entered the room, the room had a bad smell to it and the bed sheets were creased. We had to request a room change.

The cleanliness and overall presentation of the room and the hotel was not at all of 5 star level. The whole experience was at best a luxury budget hotel experience and not of 5 star level.

The stay was disappointing due to the lack of basic hospitality and guest assistance upon arrival.

Room size good , overall aura of the hotel good , pool view good

Cons:

Once I arrived at the hotel with my family and children, there was no one available to assist with our luggage or guide us with parking the car. The lack of support upon arrival made the experience awkward and disappointing. Additionally, the check-in staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, almost as if they were in a resting mood. The incorrect billing during checkout further reflected poor management and unprofessional service

Awesome place to stay with pathetic breakfast and limited In-Room dining with a good taste

I liked everything except food

Cons:

Food was terrible. Please compare yourself with other branches in other cities and see how pathetic the food tastes here. Only generosity and kindness is not enough, you should prepare good food also. But In- Room dining is good enough but limited menu

A discredit to the brand.
Pros:

The staff at reception desk and in restaurant

Cons:

Pool dirty. Can only order a la carte as room service, can’t consume in restaurant. Room was not cleaned in 3 days of stay. Lifts super slow and insufficient for hordes of mostly Indian wedding guests.

Super stay. Can recommend to friends & family
Pros:

Breakfast was too good. Specially Chef Sheikh was very good & took excellent care of us. Also food preparation was very good. Really enjoyed the breakfast

Pros:

Hotel molto bello. Camere molto grandi e pulite. Ristorante disponibile ed anche con servizio in camera per cena. Personale molto gentile.

Cons:

La struttura è ottima. Per andare ai ghat si può utilizzare uber che è molto economico a Varanasi. A piedi e la sera è un po’ difficile da raggiungere.
