Pros:

L'appartement est grand pour une (voire 2 personnes), déco récente et sympa.

Des équipements y sont présents (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche linge, etc.). Cuisine très spacieuse.

Vue sur le centre de Philadelphie depuis le balcon où on voit tous ces tours iconiques.

Cons:

L'appartement est un peu mal isolé (mon appartement est au 6e étage, on entend des bruits de marche dessus. Peut être c'était un duplex à la base...)

L'heure d'entrée et sortie très précise (le code qu'on vous donne ne s'active qu'à 16h00 pin). Donc si vous arrivez un peu en avance, il faudra attendre dans le couloir.

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar sind. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit war OK und die Ausstattung hat alles geboten, was notwendig ist. In der Verarbeitung von Möbeln und Einrichtungen darf man keine deutschen Standards erwarten, da es die Amerikaner nicht so genau nehmen. Alles in allem passt das Preis- und Leistungsverhältnis.

Had difficulty with the code to enter the building.
Experienced a bad leak from the air conditioner at 5am. Staff attended to my problem within 15 minutes.

Pros:

I love the upgraded home feeling. Very spacious with big windows to see great views of the city.

Cons:

The toilet connected to the bedroom was very loose. You could spin it left and right with ease. There needs to be better availability for parking. Also, there needs to be more offered on tv through basic cable.

Notre séjour n'a pas eu lieu voir ci-dessous
Cons:

Notre séjour ayant été annulé par Sonder 2h avant notre arrivée, nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet établissement. Nous avons été remboursé mais comme nous avions réglé en décembre 2024, cette annulation nous coûte 70 € du fait de la baisse du dollar, et surtout nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence.

Pros:

Really clean. Good location. Easy access. Clear instructions. Safe street. Roof terrace was beautiful. Good facilities. Really comfortable

Cons:

Only possible addition would be to supply oil, salt pepper etc to enable cooking. Though generally pretty well provisioned otherwise.

A relaxed and comfortable stay
