fiyat kalite dengesi iyi. odalar temiz ve bakımlı. koridor biraz gürültülüydü, spor takımı uzun süreli konaklama yapıyormuş. biz sorun etmedik ancak otel yönetimi dikate alırsa iyi olur
Karşılama güzel ve yeterliydi.Odadaki eşyalar gayet iyi durumda ve konforluydu.Kahvaltı da gayet yeterli ve ilgiliydi arkadaşlar.Fakat temizlik konusunda yetersiz buldum. Duşa kabin kireç içinde ,klozet temiz değil ve oda içerisinde pis kalmış yerler vardı. Temizlik dışında memnun kaldık ama en önemli şeyinde temizlik olduğunu düşünüyorum bu tarz konaklama yerlerinde.Değerlendirmelerin dikkate alınmasını rica ediyorum.

Abgesehen das die Aircondition Fernbedienung nicht funktionsfähig war und sich die Raumtemperatur nur von der Lobby aus regeln lies, lies sich auch das einzige Fenster nur 10cm öffnen. Mit Drahtseil gesichert. Gitter wäre auch eine Lösung gegen eventuell Selbstmord Gefährdete.
Das extra zu bezahlende Frühstück kostete nicht wie auf Hotel.com beschrieben 525.- TL sondern ganze 800.- TL-
Das dann gebotene lies zu wünschen übrig...

Otel çok konforlu fakat, yan odaların sesini çok fazla alıyor, yalıtım konusunda kötü.
Otelde katlara bırakılan ikramlıklar çok iyi düşünülmüş bir detay. Kahvaltısı gayet başarılı ve personeli çok kibar ve yardımcı.

Very nice hotel. We had to book very late because we could not get to our intended destination. They took care of us and made sure we had great rooms. Very nice breakfast.
Biz 1 gece konaklayıp deluxe oda tercih ettik. Temizlik anlamında gerçekten çok iyiydi. Kahvaltısı da çok lezzetliydi. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Otel çalışanları her konuda yardımcı olmakta ve güler yüzlü çalışanlar. Odalar çok büyük ve güzel, kızımla ile beraber kaldık; kızım hayran kaldı. Yemek kalitesi çok iyi ve cesit ise bizce yeterli. Ramada kalitesini Erzurum da da hissettiriyor kısaca.
