I always have a very good time of a wonderful experience every time I stay at that hotel I will be staying there more of

I love the location of the property. I love the staff. The staff at that property is phenomenal.

Cons:

What I didn’t like about the property was that the restaurant the craft closed like right when the concert was over so we wanted to go eat there but we couldn’t but we had to go upstairs and eat at the Italian restaurant which was very good but we wanted to eat at the craft restaurant.

Cons:

Paying for parking!! Parking for hotel guests should be free. And there isn’t a set rate, it increases or decreases depending on the day!! But the valet service was a plus.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and efficient. Very helpful and seemed to enjoy working at The Trade. Room was nice with coffee maker and fridge. Nice touch.

Cons:

Room was boiling but when I called the front desk they were able to fix it remotely so I could sleep well.
