Cons:

Os quartos que ficam em baixo tem um cheiro forte de umidade pois tem bastante madeira das vigas de sustentação, o local já é úmido por natureza pela área em volta ser de mata. Então tudo favorece o odor e o mofo. Então tive que pedir para trocar de quarto devido ao cheiro, por ter rinite e uma bebezinha. Fora isso gostamos de tudo.
